It has been 10 days since the game met users on the PS4, Xbox One and PC, Anima: Gates of Memories-The Nameless Chronicles finally splashes into the consoles of Nintendo Switch users, as of June 29th. The trailer below may perhaps help in understanding what the game really brings to the players, at home
The game, which is a sequel to the indie title, Anima: Gates of Memories, was announced to be available on the Nintendo Switch along with its predecessor, giving Switch players and their ever increasing gaming library an edge of other platforms. Anima Project has put special emphasis on making the versions of both games identical to the original ones; they have spent more time and effort until both games maintain a stable rate of 60 frames per second.[Best_Wordpress_Gallery id=”131″ gal_title=”Anima”]
The Nameless Chronicles takes us back to the events that gave birth to the first Anima, but from the standpoint of the enemy side. We will put ourselves in the role of The Nameless, an immortal who has been assuming different identities throughout history, and his quest to find a meaning to his eternal existence. In The Nameless Chronicles we will accompany him on a journey in which his past lives will be interwoven with a war in the shadows in which the fate of the world will be at stake. Like Anima: Gate of Memories, this new instalment is an Action RPG packed with spectacular attacks and memorable bosses, which mixes elements inherited from traditional tabletop RPG with a gameplay reminiscent of hack & slash classics like Devil May Cry and Nier: Automata. Action, exploration and evolution of the character through experience points are some of the mechanics included in its gameplay.
The game is available for download on the Switch (along with other consoles mentioned before) today. It can be downloaded separately or may be bought in the Arcane edition bundle in which both titles are included for $29.99.
