Fortnite On Nintendo Switch To Have Strong Turtle Beach Headset Support

“Largest Lineup Of Gaming Headsets Available”

Fortnite has been released for the Nintendo Switch and while it has only been a week since that happened, it is getting a lot of headset support and I think that is something that players will appreciate. Turtle Beach just announced the “largest lineup of gaming headsets available”.

Chat functionality has not been great in games on the Nintendo Switch but the in-game chat feature in Fortnite for the Nintendo Switch is great and if you are looking to play with friends then you will need a decent pair of headphones. Turtle Beach has been in the headset business for a long time now and the company has made a name for itself. According to Juergen Stark, CEO, Turtle Beach:

“Epic Games bringing their own in-game chat system to the Switch with Fortnite is a brilliant move, as gamers can now enjoy the best audio experience, which relies on the best gaming headsets for success. Epic’s bold move seemingly opens the doors for developers of future online multiplayer titles coming to Nintendo Switch to follow their lead and implement in-game chat systems, which is great news overall for Nintendo, for Turtle Beach, and most importantly…for gamers.”

Fortnite for the Nintendo Switch is already a huge success and more than two million downloads of the game took place in the first 24 hours of launch. Those are some impressive numbers indeed. The Recon 200 and the Stealth 300 are two products that Turtle Beach announced at E3 2018 and these headsets will be perfect for Fortnite on the Nintendo Switch.

Turtle Beach has 25 headsets that are ready to use with the Nintendo Switch and these do not include the legacy models. There are wireless options to choose from as well if you are interested in those. Everything from the Recon 50P’s to the Stealth 350VR will work fine with the Switch.

Fortnite has taken the world by storm and its launch on the Switch just made things better for the developers. The switch has great potential even though it is not as powerful as the other consoles, the portability factor is a huge selling point.
