Ghost Of Tsushima Promises to Be “Out of the Ordinary,”

Will Not Be Another Hack 'n Slash

Ghost Of Tsushima is a PS4 exclusive that people are very hyped about and we got to see a little more of the at E3 2018. It has been promised that the game will be out of the ordinary. The Co-Founder of Sucker Punch, Chris Zimmerman talked about the game and the following is what he had to say about the game:

“If it were hack ‘n slash, [the live-demo player] wouldn’t be nervously practicing before every demo. It’s a brawler. It’s skill [based] in a bunch of different directions. The heart of the game is…[in the demo] you’ve seen three guys, getting into a fight with them, and knowing that you’re in danger, knowing that you have to be on top of your game fighting three guys. It’s really out of the ordinary if you think about it. You have lots of games where fighting one guy is hard, and then you have lots of games where fighting 20 guys is hard. But three ends up being an interesting number, it gives the game sort of a fresh feel.”

There is nothing wrong with a normal hack and slash game but we are getting a game that is promised to be out of the ordinary. If that is the case then well and good.  I for one am looking forward to playing the game when it comes out.

Sony has a couple of PS4 exclusive games coming out including Spiderman by Insomniac and these might not be console sellers but they will reward people that have got a PS4 and have been loyal to Sony. Microsoft might not have such a great lineup for this year but the company has acquired a couple of studios and is getting ready to provide a solid lineup for the upcoming Xbox.  Ghost Of Tsushima is officially described as follows:

“In 1274, the fearsome Mongol Empire invades the Japanese island of Tsushima and slaughters its legendary samurai defenders. Jin Sakai is one of the last survivors of a noble samurai clan. To combat his overwhelming foes, he must pioneer deadly new fighting techniques–the way of The Ghost–and wage an unconventional war for the people of Japan.”

If you own a PS4 then this is one of the games that you should be looking forward to playing.
