Unfortunately, there is no fixed location for these parts, therefore, you have to first find the current flow and then look around for the parts. All this involves a lot of exploration, therefore it’s better to first get an upgrade for Air Tank and Diving Suits.

Once you find an obstacle after diving into the ocean, move towards the right, and there you” ll see an opening. Inside the opening, you” ll see a current that can be identified by the air bubbles which you are looking for. Wait for this current to settle down and then enter the area.

Once, you have collected all three parts, now you need to head back to Cobra and give him these items to complete the quest. To do so, you first need to find the Escape Pod. You can find this Escape Pod as you move towards the left side after coming out of the chamber. Activate the Escape Pod, and you can now reach Cobra back easily. Where The Currents Flow quest as soon as you interact with Cobra with these parts.
