BEST Diablo Immortal Demon Hunter Build: PVP & PVE

This Diablo Immortal Demon Hunter Build will showcase Demon Hunter's role, skillsets, gems, weapons, and stones!

Diablo Immortal has a solid selection of classes that players can go for, with some of them being the Necromancer, Barbarian, and Crusader classes. The variety in classes allows players to pick and choose the type of gameplay they might want to experience while getting through end-game content.

I intend to cover the necessary skills, weapons, and gear required to master the Demon Hunter Class with my Diablo Immortal Demon Hunter Build.

Key Takeaways
  • The Demon Hunter Class is focused on attacking and taking down your enemies from a safe distance using a bow.
  • The agility and mobility that this class provides its players allow them to fight their enemies from a further distance.
  • The main skills that the best Demon Hunter Build requires you to master are the following:
    • Crossbow Shot.
    • Vengeance.
    • Rain Of Vengeance.
    • Multishot.
    • Daring Swing.
  • The Main Weapons that players will need to choose are two-handed weapons, which are as follows:
    • The Hungerer.
    • The Flamespite.
  • For protection, you will need gears to equip. The ones I recommend are as follows:
    • Coff’s Unrelenting Fury.
    • Hailstone Shoulders.
    • Heart Of Vengeance.
    • Vision Of The Lost.
    • Burning Heart Of Shal’baas.
    • Braided Serpent Of Shal’baas.
    • Dozen Strikes Of Shal’baas.
    • Storm-tack Of Shal’baas.
    • Wind-trods Of Shal’baas.
  • The Stones you will need in order to enhance your combat are the following:
    • Wildfire Stone.
    • Vengeance Stone.
    • Ravagar Stone.

First and foremost, here’s the build summary I’ve conjured for Demon Hunter:

Demon Hunter Class Role

Demon Hunter class is the perfect option since it combines bow combat alongside mobility and agility to give the players an experience whereby they can zoom across the players and shoot at them from a safe distance.

Alongside excelling at performing admirably well on the frontlines, the class is also impeccable at dealing deadly AoE damage to opponents. With that, it also performs well when used to cover single-target or crowd-control enemies in the heat of the battle. With that, let’s get started!

Skills For Demon Hunter

As for the skills, Demon Hunter mains will be able to hone these five skills that will help them dominate the arena by providing them with certain offensive and defensive buffs that make them invincible and a menace to the other opponents.

Crossbow Shot

Demon Hunter Crossbow Shot
Crossbow Shot
Skill Name Class Type Properties Ultimate: Volley
Crossbow Shot Demon Hunter Unleashes An Arrow To do massive damage to your enemies
  • 12-second increase in the Crossbow Shot skill.
  • Increase Damage Per Hit.
  • Increase your movement speed.

With the first skill in hand being known as Crossbow Shot, it will give the player the kind of aid that not many other skills will be able to provide. By having this particular skill by their side in the arena, they can pierce and strike through enemies using their Demon Hunter arched shots

Cast down the Crossbow Shot to unleash an arrow that will be targeted towards either one enemy or a few enemies, and it will stab their heart, instantly causing them to lose a large chunk of their HP from their HP bar. In my opinion, the high damage output is competed by the reduced speed that players will get.

Vengeance

Demon Hunter Vengeance
Vengeance
Skill Name Class Type Pre-Requisite Properties Active Skills Passive Skills
Vengeance Demon Hunter Reach Level 50 Has a cooldown of 20 Seconds
  • Convert into a Physical Version Of Vengeance for 6 Seconds.
  • 2 Additional Shots for the Primary Attacks.
  • 3% increased movement.
  • Stack up to 10 times.

Vengeance can be unlocked whenever you reach level 50.

Whenever the skill itself is cast down, it will grant players the ability to convert into a physical version of “Vengeance” for 6 seconds. The main reason for that is that the player will be able to achieve two extra shots they can unleash from their bow to land more critical hits on opponents. The passive can stack up to 10 times, and the skill is pretty broken, which is why I have included it in the Diablo Immortal Demon Hunter Build

Rain Of Vengeance

Demon Hunter Rain of Vengeance
Rain of Vengeance
Skill Name Class Type Pre-Requisite Properties
Rain Of Vengeance Demon Hunter Reach Level 3
  • Has a cooldown of 6 seconds.
  • Fire a bunch of arrows in the air that rain down.
  • Time of 4 seconds.

Subsequently, the next skill I recommend to players is the Rain of Vengeance. This skill itself will be unlocked whenever players are pretty new to the game at level 3.

Whenever Demon Hunter mains summon the skill, they can rain down a volley of arrows that will continue to stab and pierce through the toughest foes for a certain period.

Multishot

Demon Hunter Multi-shot
Multi-shot
Skill Name Class Type Pre-Requisite Properties
Multishot Demon Hunter None
  • Has a cooldown of 9 seconds.
  • Fire a salvo of arrows that damage enemies in a particular direction.
  • Max Charges: 3

Next up, yet another pretty viable skill to be used in heavy combat, whether it is being used in PvE or PvP combat, is the Multilshot.

Daring Swing

Demon Hunter Daring Swing
Daring Swing
Skill Name Class Type Pre-Requisite Properties
Daring Swing Demon Hunter Reach Level 15
  • Has a cooldown of 10 seconds.
  • Use of rope to swing to a nearby location dealing damage to enemies on the way.
  • Enemies are unable to attack you.
  • Max Charges: 2

Daring Swing is yet another skill that will be able to fulfill the role of being the ultimate aid in the heat of the battle.

Weapons For Demon Hunter

The next category that I will be tackling is the Demon Hunter weapons, and the players will typically go for two-handed weapons that they can wield simultaneously to obliterate enemies in their wake.

The Hungerer

Demon Hunter The Hungerer
The Hungerer
Weapon Name Class Type Weapon Type Properties/Enhancements
The Hungerer Demon Hunter Off Hand Weapon
  • Resonance: Increased by 30.
  • Combat Rating: +12
  • Charges you with electricity whenever you use a primary attack or movement.
  • After Fully Charged: Release chain lighting with 280% Base Damage, 1134 Damage To Nearby Enemies, 12% Increase in All Damage for 3 Seconds.

Starting things off with the main-hand weapon, Demon Hunter players can go for The Hungerer, which will be used whenever players are in the arena and will serve as one of the best weapons players can equip. Mainly being used throughout the early, mid, and end-game, it serves as an impeccable option for players.

The Flamespite

Demon Hunter FlameSpite
Flame Spite
Weapon Name Class Type Weapon Type Properties/Enhancements
The Flamespite Demon Hunter Main Hand Weapon
  • Resonance: Increased by 30.
  • Combat Rating: +12
  • Power And Command alternate States every 9 Seconds.
  • Power: Increases your primary attack damage by 24%.
  • Command: Increases all other skill damage by 24%.

As for the off-hand weapon, nothing beats The Flamespite, which is an excellent addition. With it being by the player’s side in combat, I can assure the player that no enemy will be left alive on the battlefield, no matter how strong or difficult they may seem.

When it comes to the gems that players can use with this particular Demon Hunter weapon, the best option will always be Power and Command. Whenever this Gem is equipped with The Flamespite, the player’s Resonance will be buffed up by 30, as I mentioned before.

The Power and Command skill will be buffed as it will switch its two states every 9 seconds. This will increase the player’s normal attack output by 24%, and with that, it will also increase skill damage by 24%.

Gear To Equip

To stay protected, Demon Hunter mains will need to equip some form of gear such as leg, waist, shoulder, chest, as well as head guards so that they can be protected from any kind of attack that is aimed at them from the opponent’s end. Make sure to level up faster by following our Diablo Immortal Leveling Guide!

Coff’s Unrelenting Fury

Demon Hunter Coff's Unrelenting Fury
Coff’s Unrelenting Fury

Starting with the first piece, the Leg-gear Demon Hunter players will go for Coffs Unrelenting Fury, which will protect your legs and help you stay on your feet by going into the battlefield and killing off opponents.

As for the recommended gems, players can go for Fervant Fang, which will increase Resonance by 30 and increase the combat rating by 12, making them even stronger in the arena.

Hailstone Shoulders

Demon Hunter Hailstone Shoulders
Hailstone Shoulders

I recommend players keep wearing the Hailstone Shoulders piece to keep their shoulders protected instead of removing them from the Diablo Immortal Demon Hunter Build. The shoulder piece itself is enough to repel any incoming opponent attacks while also being able to protect your health.

Heart Of Vengeance

Demon Hunter Heart of Vengeance
Heart of Vengeance

The Heart of Vengeance is unparalleled for the chest pieces since it can provide the kind of protection that no other chest piece can do. With the chest piece itself, any attacks targeted toward the player’s chest will be negated, and the player will be able to stay alive for as long as possible.

Vision of The Lost

Demon Hunter Vision of The Lost
Vision of The Lost

The Vision of The Lost is the headpiece. For the gems, a viable option is the Berserker’s Eye, which can be unlocked pretty early on.

Burning Heart of Shal’baas

Demon Hunter Burning Heart of Shal'baas
Burning Heart of Shal’baas

The Burning Heart of Shal’bass is an excellent option as it will buff up the player by granting extra guarding in battle.

Braided Serpent of Shal’baas

Demon Hunter Braided Serpent of Shal'baas

The next crucial piece for min-maxing is the Braided Serpent of Shal’baas.

Dozen Strikes of Shal’baas

Demon Hunter Dozen Strikes of Shal'baas
Dozen Strikes of Shal’baas

With that, a Dozen Strikes of Shal’baas will also be deemed important, and the reason for that is that it will simply protect the player’s hands, which is highly vital if you aim to use your bow to launch shots at the opponents and take them down.

Storm-tack of Shal’baas

Demon Hunter Storm Tack of Shal'baas
Storm Tack of Shal’baas

I recommend the Storm-tack of Shal’baas to protect your waist, which will be worn around the lower waist, allowing players to stay guarded in combat while being able to unleash attack after attack consistently.

Wind-trods of Shal’baas

Demon Hunter Wind Trods of Shal'baas
Wind Trods of Shal’baas

Let’s end the gear off by introducing the Wind-trods of Shal’baas, which are just greaves meant to be worn on the feet so that the Diablo Immortal character does not need to suffer the wrath of opponent attacks aimed at their feet.

The only gem set that you should equip is Sapphire since it will increase the protection against armor penetration, making it easier to tank enemy hits so that you can, in turn, unleash terror on your foes.

Diablo Immortal Stones

The final category left to uncover is the potential Diablo Immortal stones that will be beneficial to use in combat. Our Diablo Immortal Essence Transfer guide is sure to help you out while progressing through the story stages!

Wildfire Stone

Starting things off, I have the Wildfire Stone, which will provide the following buffs to players whenever reforging is done to weapons:

  • Primary attack damage will be buffed up by a total of 3-4%
  • Skill damage will be enhanced by 1.5 to 2.0%, depending on the amount of reforging.
  • Next, any elite, normal enemy, or boss with HP below 30% will receive damage increased by 3-4%.
  • The crit rate of players will be enhanced by 2.3-3.0%.
  • Anytime the player is close to death, they will receive healing by 1.5-2.0%.

Vengeance Stone

Apart from the Wildfire stone, the Vengeance stone is also another incredible stone that is vital for the Diablo Immortal Demon Hunter Build

  • Attack speed is enhanced by 1.5 to 2.0%.
  • The damage being dealt with by players will be decreased by a total of 4.5 to 6.0%.
  • The damage being unleashed against demons will be enhanced by 4.5 to 6.0%.
  • Any enemy that is out of control will have increased damage taken in.

Ravager Stone

Lastly, the Ravager Stone is another solid stone to invest in as it will offer up these buffs:

  • The cooldown for using a healing potion will be reduced by 1.5-2.0%.
  • Life Regeneration will be enhanced by 0.8%.
  • Elite enemies will intake increased damage.

With that, I will wrap up my Diablo Immortal Demon Hunter Build, let me know what you think!
