Now align your character with the place from where the bubbles are coming out. Press and hold the button you use to use your tools to display a fishing marker. Once this marker reaches the bubble area, release the button, and your character will cast the reel.

Once a fish bites your reel, a prompt button will appear. Press the button, and the circle will get smaller and thicker. Keep doing it as long as the game keeps telling you to, and you will successfully get yourself a fish.
