According to fellow Diablo Immortal player RavensFury, you won’t be tending to the Battle.net launcher at all to issue the fix in question. 

Instead, you will head into the main directory of the game where all of its configuration files are kept. This can be done through the Windows Explorer system utility on your Windows PC.

Moreover, a quick and easy way to access the game’s various files is to access them through the Battle.net launcher as well. However you choose to do this boils down to you, but what comes next is essentially a must. 

After accessing the game’s files, go ahead and look for the “diabloimmortal” main executable game file and double-click on it. What this will do is basically start up the dungeon-crawler on your end, thereby putting to rest “Diablo Immortal this game cannot be played yet,” which now appears to be related to the Battle.net launcher application only. In addition, you will be prompted to update the RPG, and this is you’ll see an improvement.
