The first missable character in Fire Emblem Engage is a martial monk. Jean is recruited in Paralogue: Budding Talent after Chapter 5 in the Tea-Field Village. While progressing in the paralogue, you will find some Corrupted along the way. Jean is recruited after killing those Corrupted by talking with Alear.

Make sure to put Alear on the team, or else Jean will refuse to join the party. Also, he should not die before joining your party, be careful if you’re in high-difficulty settings.

Jean is a healer in Fire Emblem Engage whose personal skill allows him to enhance unit stat growth. He provides great buffs and healing in intense combats, even better when paired with offensive heroes.

She is recruited in Paralogue: Mysterious Merchant after reaching Chapter 7: Dark Emblem in Fire Emblem Engage. The thieves will not attack your unit but counterattack only, as their goal is to take the chests and run away.

After that, you can recruit Anna between the battle by talking to her with Alear. Even if you don’t talk to her during the battle, she will later ask to join your party.

Anna is an Axe Fighter and a backup unit. However, her stat growth focuses on a Magic-oriented build. It might take time, but reclassing her as a Magic user is probably the best choice. Her high Magic, Speed, and Dexterity growth stat will make her one of the strongest Mages in Fire Emblem Engage.

Also, be cautious when approaching him, as he can damage you greatly while you approach him.
