Fire Emblem Three Houses: Advice Box & Responses

In this guide we've gone though all of the notes in Advice Box left by different characters. With that, we've listed their correct responses too.

What Is Advice Box?

Fire Emblem: Three Houses has several activities for Byleth, the player, to do. These activities often increase the support points of different characters throughout the game. Advice Box is one of these activities that the player can do to increase the support point.

In the advice box, Byleth has to respond to students’ concerns. They leave them there to get a response from a professor, the player. The advice box in the game is updated monthly. The player needs to visit this area regularly if they want to gain support points.

Key Highlights
  • Advice Box is an activity in the game where you have to respond to all the notes of students to gain support points.
  • Accepting the ‘Words of Wisdom’ quest will unlock the Advice Box and you’ll receive different rewards from it including:
    • 1x Steel bow.
    • 4x Albinean berries.
    • 5x Pond snail.
    • 300 Renown points.

Advice Box

If you’ve done other activities such as Fishing, Cooking, and Gardening in Fire Emblem, then you might be worried if the answer to notes costs Activity Points? The answer is no. You can answer the notes left behind by students as soon as they arrive.

If you want to answer the notes, you’ll have to go to the Cathedral. There, on its southern left side, you’ll find the Counselor. Talk to the Counselor and the Counselor will show you the notes left unanswered.

To answer a note, you’ll have 30 seconds. During this time, you’ll have to read the question and think of a suitable answer. You must answer quickly or else you’ll run out of time. If you answer a note correctly, you’ll get an increase in that character’s support level points.

Tips For Advice Box In Fire Emblem Three Houses

Answering the notes in the advice box can be hard. Because you can’t just randomly suggest an answer that you think is right. Fire Emblem has the activity as a sort of brain teaser. You need to test your thinking to know if you can guess who is the character that had this note.

Here are some tips to help you make the correct choices:

  1. Identify the Character: Pay attention to the silhouette included in the note. This silhouette represents the character who wrote the note. Take a close look at it to quickly identify the character.
  2. Consider Personality: Once you’ve identified the character, think about their personality traits. What kind of person are they? Are they serious, cheerful, shy, or confident? Use this knowledge to tailor your response to their character.
  3. Remember Interactions: Try to recall your interactions with the character throughout the school year. What quests or activities have you done with them? This can give you insights into their likes and dislikes, helping you provide a suitable answer.
  4. Choose Thoughtfully: Based on your understanding of the character and their personality, select an answer that you believe aligns with their thinking or preferences. Be thoughtful and considerate in your response.
  5. Avoid Guessing: Don’t simply guess randomly. Choosing the wrong answer can disappoint the character and not increase your Support Level Points. Take the time to make an educated guess.

  6. Save and Experiment: If you’re unsure about the correct answer, consider saving your game before responding to the note. This way, you can experiment with different responses and reload if you get it wrong, without any lasting consequences.
