Fudo

Type Enemy Core
Description Enhance the time when enemy cores are exposed to 1.75x/2.5x.
Requirements 10 SP + “Takehaya I” unlocked/15 SP
Ghostwire Tokyo Best Skills
Fudo

After you unlock the Fudo skill, it will increase the time the enemy’s core remains exposed. Thanks to this, you won’t have to worry about instantly rushing to the downed enemy to extract their core. Instead, you can first focus on the surrounding enemies and then proceed with extracting their cores.

As the cores will remain exposed for a longer period, you can focus on exposing the cores of multiple enemies and then extracting all of them together. This way, you’ll eliminate an entire group of enemies quickly.

Tatenui

Type Eather Regeneration.
Description Perform a Perfect Block that causes ether to appear on the scene.
Requirements 10 SP + “Takehaya I” unlocked.
Ghostwire Tokyo Best Skills
Tatenui

If you have the Tatenui skill equipped, then not only will you stagger your enemy, but you will gain Ether as a result as well. This means that you’ll be able to easily gather Ether during combat without worrying about looking for it elsewhere. You can also upgrade the ability to II by spending 15 Skill Points to unlock Ether Boost. Through this, you’ll be able to generate more Ether than before.

Hakkei

Type Eather Regeneration.
Description Start striking the enemies with strike attacks that can cause ether to appear.
Requirements 10 SP + “Takehaya I” unlocked.

Next up in our Ghostwire Toyko best skills or abilities guide is Hakkei. Like Tatenui, Hakkei is yet another skill in Ghostwire that can help you gather Ether. Again, as mentioned earlier, you won’t constantly be running out of Ether as it’s not difficult to acquire. But since you can’t risk anything in the game, it’s best to have something as a backup.

Amenokagami and Amenotori

Type Glide and Gripple.
Description Travel through the air for 2/3/5 seconds. This Time can increased by spending SP.
Requirements 10-15 SP.
Ghostwire Tokyo Best Skills
Amenokagami

By upgrading the Amenokamgami skill to level II, you can increase the glide duration to three seconds, which can be further increased to five seconds by upgrading to level III. This will provide you with better mobility as you can quickly move from one rooftop to another, which will help you acquire more items.

Similarly, progressing through the story will unlock the Grapple, which is another useful piece of equipment that can help you in every place quickly. By upgrading the Amenotori skill in the Skill Tree, you can upgrade this Grapple to reach places even more quickly. Therefore, as you can judge for yourself, upgrading both skills is important for getting better mobility in Ghostwire Tokyo.

Kukrihime

Type Enemy Core.
Description Extend the enemy core speed extraction to 1.5x/2x.
Requirements 10 SP + “Takehaya I” unlocked/15 SP + 3 Magatama.
Ghostwire Tokyo Best Skills
Kukrihime

At its base level, the skill increases the core extraction speed by 1.5. This isn’t much, but these few seconds can save your life. This is because your character will always be vulnerable while extracting cores, and if you start pulling out cores quickly, you can prevent enemies from attacking you. By spending 15 Skill Points, you can upgrade this skill and increase the speed by 2x.

Overall, the Kukrihime is one of the best skills in Ghostwire Tokyo that you should get, especially if you have the Fudo ability unlocked. Thanks to these skills, core extraction will become easier.

Shinatsuhiko

Type Ethereal Weaving.

Requirements 15 SP + “Takehaya I” unlocked.
Ghostwire Tokyo Best Skills
Shinatsuhiko

With the Shinatushiko skill unlocked, you will be able to fire three Wind Weaving attacks instead of two. And if you upgrade this skill further, the number will increase to four. By using more Wind attacks, you can expose the core of strong opponents quickly and easily.

Even if you’re facing a group of weak enemies, you can use the increased number of attacks to target multiple enemies at once. You can even use it to keep the downed foes on the ground until you’re ready to extract their cores.

Omoigane II

Type Spectral Vision.
Description It makes it difficult for you to use Spectral Vision to check for hidden objects in your surroundings.
Requirements 10 SP for 40m, 15 SP for 50m.

The first skill in our Ghostwire Tokyo best skills guide that focuses on stealth is Omoigane. There are times when you need to move around without getting noticed in the game. It is not always necessary to fight with the enemies, as sometimes you should walk past them as well. This is done at times when you’re either low on health or if you don’t have enough resources to take on them. In any case, you’ll need the Omoigane skill for this purpose.

Fukurokuju

Description You can easily have 2 sets of prayer beads.
Requirements 10 SP.

When you unlock the Fukurokuju, it lets you equip one set of Prayer Beads. And when you upgrade it to levels II and III, it lets you equip two and three sets of Prayer Beads, respectively. Thanks to this, you can use multiple buffs and become unstoppable in combat. This makes it one of the best early skills in Ghostwire Tokyo.

Unfortunately, arrows in Ghostwire Tokyo are hard to come by; therefore, you must make every shot count. This is why you need to focus on upgrading the Yumituskai skill in the Skill Tree.

As you upgrade this skill, you will be able to carry around 13, 15, and 20 arrows, respectively. You can also unlock another skill called Yuminarashi that will increase the Bow’s draw speed by 1.75, something that will let you shoot arrows quickly at your target.

Type Sneaking.
Description Enhance the movement speed at the time of crouching 30%/60%.
Requirements 10 SP + “Takehaya I” unlocked/15 SP + 3 Magatama.

As mentioned earlier in our Ghostwire Tokyo best abilties list, the Omoigane skill lets you spot enemies through walls. This can help you with knowing the exact location of your target. You can use this luxury to sneak behind them to perform a silent takedown. However, to stay undetected, you must move while crouching. Otherwise, your target will hear your footsteps and alert nearby enemies. But with Inubashiri skills, you can overcome this problem.
