How To Change Outfits In One Piece Odyssey

Most of the outfits that you come across are based on the original costumes of the Straw Hat Pirates Crew. All of them are really cool and make the gameplay experience more fun. However, the players won’t be able to change their outfits until they unlocked the camping mechanism in the game.

Throw A Campfire Party 

In order to use a campfire you will have to complete the first dungeon that the game has to offer. The players have to go through the whole demo of the game and they will be able to unlock the campfire party mechanism. After that, you just have to go through a little cave nearby and head straight toward the residence of Adio.

Here you will be able to interact with Brook who will tell you all about camping and how to use a campfire. Whenever you throw a campfire party, you will be able to enjoy meals that will work as sort of buffs. They will provide you with temporary boosts and effects.

You will also be able to change the outfits of the Straw Hats Pirates Crew by going inside the Tavern. There are a lot of different activities available at the Tavern area but the major function of the Tavern is to change outfits. 

Also, keep in mind that any of the available outfits in the game will not grant the players with additional skills or buffs. They are simply cosmetic items that will change the appearance of the straw hat pirates. You will not get any additional bonus, effect, or special skills by using different outfits in the battle.

However, if you are looking to improve the overall performance of your character as well as your party then you can level them up by using different accessories and getting temporary boosts by eating meals cooked in Sanji’s Kitchen.  

How To Get New Outfits 

When the players first start the game they will have the New World Challenge outfits for Robin, Chopper, Sanji, Nami, Zorro, Usopp, And Luffy. However, all of these are the post-timeskip outfits that the players will see their characters in.

The only way to obtain new outfits for your team members is to preorder any version of the game. After that, you will be able to unlock the Travelling Outfits that you can access under the change outfits option. In case you have bought the Deluxe Or Collectors Edition of One Piece Odyssey you will be able to unlock one extra outfit as well. The outfit is specifically for Usopp and is called the Sniper King Outfit.

The outfit is similar to what we see him as in the Water 7 arc. The traveling outfits that you will be able to unlock when you preorder the game are based on the appearances of the characters when they first join Luffy in his adventure.
