These areas include; Behind the Cascarrafa Gym, West Province Area One, and Area Zero.
Your biology teacher at the Naranja/Uva Academy, Jacq, will also give you a Water Stone once you add 80 Entries to your Pokedex in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

Some of the common areas where you may find the Grass Stone is the Tagtree Thicket, which can be found next to the East Province Area Three and North of Zapapico town.

Unlike the other stones, the Leaf Stone is only able to evolve one pokemon in the game. To get the climbing ability, you will need to defeat the Final Titan Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
You can also get the Shiny Stone at the Auction house in Porto Marinada. Porto Marinada is located in the West Province Area Two. Lastly, players can also earn the Shiny Stone as a reward from Jacq at the Naranja/Uva Academy after completing 150 entries in the Pokedex.
