By using the Exploit, the players will be able to obtain and capture the rare Shiny Pokemon found in the game without much effort.

Shiny Pokemon are super rare versions of a particular Pokemon. They appear in a different color scheme, and the odds of getting a Shiny Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are 1 in 4096.

Shiny Exploit Method 1

The Exploit was first brought to light by a YouTube channel called Austin John plays. He says that there are some conditions that should be followed if a player wants to perform this Shiny Exploit to obtain the Shiny Pokemon. 

Method 1 (By Austin John Plays):

1. Find a Shiny Pokémon or any Pokémon you want to duplicate.

   

2. Capture the Pokémon.
3. Go to a town or area with no loading screen upon entering (an Open Town).
4. When the name of the Pokémon you caught appears on the screen in the town, save the game at this point.
5. Turn off the game.
6. Load the game again.
7. The Shiny Pokémon you caught will appear in your inventory.
8. You can now encounter and capture the same Shiny Pokémon in the field in that town.
9. After capturing the second Shiny Pokémon, return to the town.
10. Save the game again and turn it off.
11. Repeat the process to duplicate more Shiny Pokémon.

This exploit works because Pokémon Scarlet and Violet refresh the Pokémon in the field when you leave and re-enter a town, allowing you to encounter and capture the same Shiny Pokémon multiple times.

Please note that using this exploit may reduce the excitement of finding Shiny Pokémon in the game, and it may be patched in future updates. Therefore, use it at your discretion while it still works.

Shiny Exploit Method 2 

The second method for the Shiny Exploit was explained in a video posted by a YouTuber called PhillyBeatzU. The YouTuber explains in detail the Shiny Picnic Reset Method, which will allow you to obtain Shiny Pokemon early on in the game.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use this method, as described in the video by YouTuber PhillyBeatzU:

1. Find Mass Outbreak Areas:
   • Open your map using the Y button.
   • Zoom in and out on the map using the ZL or ZR buttons.
   • Look for a flashing Pokémon icon or a question mark on the map. These indicate Mass Outbreak areas.
   • Set a waypoint to the Mass Outbreak location by pressing the A button.
2. Travel to the Mass Outbreak Area:
   • To travel to the Mass Outbreak location, press the A button to set the waypoint.
   • Alternatively, select the Feather Icon near the location, which allows you to take a Flying Taxi to the area. You can also select the nearest Pokémon Center for convenience.

     

3. Engage in Mass Outbreak Battles:
   • Upon arriving at the Mass Outbreak area, press the R button to initiate battles with the Pokémon in the Mass Outbreak.
   • Battle and defeat at least 60 Pokémon in that region.
4. Set Up a Picnic:
   • After defeating the required number of Pokémon, press the X button to open your menu.
   • Select the option to set up a Picnic in a flat area within the Mass Outbreak region.
5. Pack Up and Go:
   • Press the Y button to open the menu and choose the “Pack Up And Go” option.
6. Scan for Shiny Pokémon:
   • After packing up the picnic, scan the entire Mass Outbreak region.
   • Look for any Shiny Pokémon variants in that location.

     

7. Repeat the Process:
   • If you don’t find a Shiny Pokémon on your first attempt, repeat the process.
   • Keep repeating these steps until you encounter a Shiny Pokémon.

Using this Shiny Farming Exploit method, you can increase your chances of encountering and capturing Shiny Pokémon early. Keep in mind that Shiny Pokémon have low encounter rates, so patience and persistence are key to obtaining them using this method.
