Each class of Tiny tina has a unique ability that depends on the focus of each character. However, for the sake of the guide, we will be discussing the Spore Warden’s class feat called Mushroomancer Feat, which basically spawns a Mushroom companion.
This class feat in Tiny Tina has the classic ability to fight alongside you, and the Mushroom will attack the targets that you will ping, making crowd controlling a piece of cake in the game. To skill up your class companion, players have to level up the class in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
What Do Class Feats Offer In Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
Unlocking your feat in Tiny Tina is a great adventure in itself. Feats are a great source of help in battles and challenges through your thrilling journey in the game. You can unlock your feat of each class very early in the game, and it shows how your class works.
How to Unlock Mushroom Companion in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
It does not take players to reach a certain level; all you need is pretty much of points required in a campaign. However, the mushroom companion feat doesn’t unlock that easily.
Soon after creating your character, you have to complete your tutorial area and some initial fights. You will follow up at Queens Gate. After being there, you will have to destroy a horde of skeletons.
Although killing the undead is not quite difficult, you have to three catapults while taking on the unending hordes.
At this time, you will witness Paladin Mike. You will encounter Queen’s waystone that will unlock your class feat following your way to the town center.
Once you have unlocked the class feat for your SporeWarden class in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, just open up the class feat menu and scroll to where you see the Spore Cloud skill. Now, if you have skill points, then purchase the skill and start summoning your trusty mushroom guy.
Mushroom Companion Attack Pattern
The Mushroom companion will attack in two ways after you have summoned this smelly guy. First, he will occasionally jump toward enemies after taunting them to get attention, and he leaves a poison cloud in the wake. The attack does damage over time and will deplete the health of enemies who are caught in the poison cloud.
The second attack pattern is more or less similar, and the Mushroom companion runs towards an enemy that you have pinged and then jumps for a poison cloud explosion.
The Spore Cloud skill comes with a 20 second cooldown, and the poison cloud lasts for 10 seconds. All enemies caught in the status effect zone will lose health consistently for the next four seconds after the explosion.
How To Get More Damage By Using Mushroom Companion
The best part of using the Spore Cloud class feat while playing as Sporewarden build in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is that as your base damage increases, the mushroom companion also does more damage. It means that the poison status effect that mushroom companion applies to the enemies also gets scaled up as you level up your fate maker and make a strong build out of it.
On the subject of builds, consider reading our Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands class combinations guide and learn about all the builds and combinations in the game.
Also, if you are looking forward to starting the game and continuing using Sporewarden as your go-to class in the game, then you might also want to read our Brr-zerker Build guide. It is because if you want to have the best sporewarden build in the game, then you will also need to equip a few skills from Brr-zerker class as well.
So, learning how the skills of both classes work will be an ideal case scenario to make the most of Spore Cloud’s skill in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Otherwise, you might end up creating a Sporewarder or Brr-zerker class combination build in the game that just works and does not give peak performance in the game to melt enemies and bosses.
That is why one must not underestimate the power of active or passive skills while playing Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. You never know which skill works the best in a scenario, and it may or may not be as useful as it was meant to be.
Also, our Sporewarden and Brr-zerker guides put emphasis on how to utilize the best and the most on passive skills each class offer. If you are not using the passive skills at their best, you will never get the best performance out of your build in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
