Samir also known as Semir is laid back, chill, carefree, and one of the highest damage-dealing characters, making her the best SSR character in Tower of Fantasy. Her skill with the gun even surpasses the elite Executors.

Her charge attacks work really well with her element, as her attacks not only paralyze the targets but electrify them as well, dealing extra damage in the process. Her normal and jump attacks allow her to unleash a barrage of bullets, which both inflict high damage and status effects as well.

Skill: Samir’s main skill is called Electro Field, which allows her to shoot an energy shield at the target’s location. When the shield reaches the target, it will create a barrier with reflecting beams in it, each beam dealing damage equal to 269.8% of attack +14, and will strongly suspend the target at the last hit. The skill has a cooldown of 45 seconds.
Discharge: Samir’s discharge ability allows her to create a Domain of Thunder, which not only suspends all the nearby targets but also deal damage equal to 238.3% of attack +13. King is strong, focused, serious, and the best melee SSR character in Tower of Fantasy. He is always committed to his work and carries out his tasks without failure. “King” wields a large black scythe covered in flames called the Scythe of the Crow.
King is a DPS fighter with affiliation to the “Fire” element. King’s shield-breaking abilities are second to none and can shatter the shield of any foe without any problem. Most of King’s abilities, including his main skill and discharge ability, make use of his flame-infused scythe, which has amazing range and damage.

4. Nemesis

Nemesis is a biologically enhanced merciless killing machine whose performance and abilities earned her the name “Angle of Clemency”. She is introverted in nature and is usually very calm and quiet. Her quiet nature is probably due to countless mutations and modifications she was forced through by “Heirs of Aida”.
Nemesis is a DPS fighter with affiliation to “Volt”. She carries a set of EM Blaster guns called Venus. Nemesis has a unique passive skill that enhances all the “Volt” affiliated members of her party. If she is used together with another Volt weapon, her volt damage increases by 15% and her resistance to volt is increased by a whopping 25%.
This makes Nemesis an extremely great support member. Furthermore, her skills and abilities also allow her to reduce the enemy’s speed and spawn an auto-targeting electrode and guided missiles. One of her advancements even allows her to produce a healing chain that heals her and all her nearby allies.
Her overall skill set makes her one of the best support and hybrid SSR characters in Tower of Fantasy.

Skill: Nemesis uses Venus to launch guided missiles at her target, which explode upon contact. The damage dealt due to this attack is equal to 233.2% of attack +12 and knocks the targets down too. The cooldown of her special attack is 25 seconds.
Discharge: Nemesis fires a cross-shaped beam at the ground, creating an unstable area and reducing the movement speed of all nearby enemies by 70% for five seconds. After a short delay, an electromagnetic burst is unleashed in the area, dealing damage equal to 393.9% of ATK +21.

Cocoritter is a sweet, young, innocent lady who specializes in keeping her allies safe and sound. She has a great love for snow and snowy areas and absolutely adores penguins. Cocoritter is affiliated with the “Ice” element and is by far the best SSR support character in Tower of Fantasy.
Cocoritter wields a staff called Absolute Zero and her healing abilities are second to none. Her special skill is very similar to Pepper’s, she generates a field of effect and heals her allies based on her max attack stat. However, one key difference between the two is that Cocoritter has far better scaling, and the “field of effect” moves with her.
Furthermore, Cocoritter’s discharge ability not only continues to heal party members over time but also continuously removes debuffs from them too.

Tsubasa is a ranged and sub DPS character with affiliation to the “Ice” element and wields an ice shell weapon called “Icewind arrow”.Her skill with her weapon is simply amazing, she can shoot targets from huge distances or she can cast an area of effects that showers arrows.
In addition to her ranged combat skills, her special skills allow her to stun enemies if they collide with an obstacle. Also, her discharge ability gives her an edge in speed and damage as well.

Skill: Tsubasa performs a backflip and shoots three piercing shots. The main arrow deals damage equal to 258.3% of attack +14 while the other two arrows deal 60% damage. Piercing Shot also knocks back the target and stuns them if they collide with an obstacle. The cooldown of Tsubasa’s special skill is 12 seconds.
Discharge: Tsubasa’s discharge ability is called Explosive Barrage which allows her to create a hailstorm when Phantasia is triggered or when her weapon is fully charged. Shiro is a laser-focused scientist who loves aquatic life and likes to befriend people who share her interests. Due to her extraordinary mind, she managed to alter a key gear on a desalination device which gave birth to her main weapon, which was super tough and resilient. She wields a grievous chakram called Chakram of the Seas.
She is a DPS fighter and one of the best SSR characters in Tower of Fantasy with affiliation to the “Grievous” element. She can cast Grevious at her enemies, causing them to take extra damage. Her special ability allows her to pull the enemies in and hit them with a barrage of Chakram blades. Moreover, Shiro’s discharge skill has a high chance of stunning all nearby enemies.
Upon reaching advancement level 3, she gets the ability to reset all weapon cooldowns by breaking enemy shields.

Meryl is affiliated with the “Ice” element and is one of the best defensive SSR characters of Tower of Fantasy. She wields a giant sword called Rosy Edge. When it comes to her melee combat skills, her shield-breaking ability is only second to King. She has a great plethora of attacks.
Ground slamming attacks as her normal attacks, long slashing combos as her special skill, and AoE attack as her discharge ability. In addition to her attacking abilities, her defensive abilities shouldn’t be taken lightly. Her skill and discharge ability can grant her immunity to control effect and protection against projectiles respectively.
After her level of advancement, Meryl restores some of her HP every time she breaks an enemy’s shield.

Crow, who also goes by the name Karasuma is a quick, sharp, and cunning assassin who moves at lightning speed. By nature he is merciless and an antihero, who seeks to punish all evildoers and cleanse them of their sins. He lurks in the darkness of the night and plans his next assassination from the shadows.
He is also very optimistic and loves cats. Crow is a DPS fighter and wields dual-volt blades called Thunderblades. Crow excels in lightning-forward slashes and blade throwing. He has a great special skill and discharge ability, which allow him to fire six returning blades and summon three blades that orbit around him respectively.
Also, Crow’s discharge ability allows him to teleport to the enemy’s location as well. He also gains a very deadly stabbing ability after reaching his first advancement.

Skill: Crow fires six returning blades, each dealing damage equal to 52.8% of attack +3. You also gain a hyper-body effect while you don’t have the blades, and this effect is removed when the blades return. The cooldown for this attack is 45 seconds.
Discharge: After your weapon has charged, Crow can teleport to the target’s location and deal damage equal to 86.9% of attack +5 while also electrocuting the target. While in the process, Crow also summons three blades around him which deal damage equal to 65.5% of attack +3.

With a fierce, dominant, and righteous personality, Claudia is a natural-born leader and someone you wouldn’t wanna mess with. She is heralded as captain and commander of all heroes. She is known for striking fear into the heart of her enemies before she slices them into two with her long one-handed sword.
Despite her strong and serious personality, behind her bravado hides a lady who bears lots of love for cats. Claudia wields a grievous sword known as Guren Blade. She is a DPS character with affiliation to the “Grievous” element. Claudia’s damage output is great and has excellent debuff skills.
The thing about her character is that she requires some investment before she actually becomes what her description is. So if you decide to main Claudia, make sure to farm enough materials to get her to at least a three-star advancement level and a five-star advancement level, Claudia is easily an S- Tier character.

Skill: Upon activating Claudia’s special skill “Roam”, she will dance through up to five targets dealing damage equal to 418% of attack +22. Attacking the same target repeatedly deals 20% less damage. At the end of her skill, she performs a slash attack which deals damage equal to 264% of attack +14 and strongly suspends the targets. She is immune to control effects as well as takes 50% less damage while her skill is active.
Discharge: Claudia charges towards her target dealing damage equal to 523.3% of attack +28 leaving a bladestorm behind which deals additional damage equal to 209.6% of attack +11. In addition to that, this attack strongly suspends the targets and gives you immunity to various effects like grievous, freeze, burn, and electrification for five seconds.

Huma is a defensive unit with affiliation to the “Flame element”. Huma carries one of the most unique weapons of Tower of Fantasy, which is essentially a two-in-one weapon. Her playstyle can change depending on in which mode her weapon is.
Her shield can be used for defensive purposes while her ax can be used for attacking making Huma one of the best hybrid SSR characters of Tower of Fantasy.

Skill (Shield Conversion): Convert her shield into ax form and smash the ground dealing damage equal to 373.8% of attack +20, strongly suspending the target in the process. Furthermore, the attack also leaves behind a large flame zone for five seconds, that not only inflicts burn status but also deals damage equal to 233.6% of attack +12.
Skill (Axe Conversion): Switch from ax form to shield form and slam the ground to deal damage equivalent to 309.5% of attack +16 to your enemies. The attack knocks back the target and prevents them from switching weapons. Both shield and ax skills share the same cooldown which is 25 seconds only.
Discharge: Huma unleashes a shockwave of flame which deals damage equal to 352% of attack +19. During her attack, she also taunts her targets which gives her a 15% damage reduction. Skill: Zero’s special skill is called Omnium Sheild, which allows him to cast a special kind of shield at himself and his allies which can absorb up to 800% attack damage for 10 seconds.
