Making Headlines: The Brawn is Back with More Race Tracks to Grind

It’s only warranted that the most anticipated racing championship translates into the most sought after racing video game, and said video game only gets better when its glorious and victorious hot wheels return to be featured among the A-list selection of racetrack ready cars. Award winning British video game developer Codemasters has outdone itself yet again by declaring a revival of 2009’s winning Brawn BGP-001 in addition to the well famed 2003 Williams FW25. These merciless rides are sure to rile up the crowds in wait of the 2018 FIA Formula One World Championship on the PlayStation 4, XBOX One, and the Windows PC.

With predecessors to outshine, the Williams FW25 brought with it drastic and dynamic changes in design, spearheaded by the then new to the team ex-Ferrari aerodynamicist, Antonia Terzi. The team earned itself second position in the Constructor’s Championship that year. Paraded by Juan Pablo Montoya, Ralf Schumacher, and Marc Gene in 2003, this revival is sure to be a fan favorite with its nostalgic drive of a BMW V10 engine.

Now, onto the newly announced wheels we’re all most excited about: the Brawn BGP-001 was driven by Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello throughout the 2009 FIA Formula One World Championship season. The drivers not only secured their victory, but the Brawn earned itself the Constructors’ Championship title which is a tribute to the team that was able to mitigate the difficult rule changes implemented in the championship that year.

Both solid sets of wheels, the Brawn BGP-001 and the Williams FW25 are featured front and center in the official release trailer of the 2018 FIA Formula One World Championship Headline Edition available for pre-order now. If you happen to mistakenly pass up the free addition of these sweet rides in the Headline Edition, don’t fear being deprived of their greatness. You will be able to purchase them as DLCs at a later date as well, but who wants to wait?  Just take a look at these beauties:

The 2018 FIA Formula One World Championship is scheduled for global release on the 28th of August on all of its supported platforms.
