Out of nowhere, we have some pretty neat screens of Spider-Man: Miles Morales PS4. The photos look really convincing, but I reckon these are from photo mode. Nonetheless, they look pretty good for PS4.
The photos were leaked through an unidentified source and then published on Reddit. Over the request of Sony, we have also removed them.
Spider-Man Miles Morales is now a few weeks away from its release. The game is developed by Insomniac and continues Marvel’s Spider-Man series. It’ll launch alongside the PS5, and still support the older console, the PS4.
Spider-Man Miles Morales continues where The City That Never Sleeps left off. The game follows Miles’ story, which is quite similar to that of Peter Parker’s, as he gets bitten by a unique spider that sees Miles gaining superpowers. The rest of the story is quite impressive, but due to potential spoilers, we won’t talk a lot about it. If you plan on playing the game on the PlayStation 5, it’ll run at 4K 60 FPS. Additional features include ray tracing, 3D Spatial audio, high dynamic range, and haptic feedback through DualSense.
There’s been a bit of debate, whether the game is actually new or just an updated version of the previous game. Sony did address this and said that it’s “an expansion and enhancement”. Insomniac later went on to say that it’s a standalone title, but in terms of project size, it’s small compared to the original Spider-Man.
