Rainbow Six Quarantine’s Gameplay Leaked Online

A leak worth getting into

Rainbow Six’s next title has been a subject of confusion lately, especially with its name. Many refer it to Rainbow Six Parasite instead of Rainbow Six Quarantine because of a leak that emerged somewhere online.

However, the developer told PCGamesN that Parasite was just a placeholder name, and an official title would be revealed soon. We’re still waiting on that, however, but Redditor toto77170 has spotted a spicy leak of the upcoming Player vs Environment shooter in the meantime.

Take a look at this 3-second clip uploaded on Streamable below.

Gameplay mechanics are built off of Rainbow Six’s grossing game Siege obviously, but the theme of what we’re up against here is definitely another story. In the video above, the player seems to be shooting at a mutated anomaly that depicts the presence of alien beings.

Among the leaks is a screenshot as well. Here’s how the game looks like. The subtitles show a character named Vigil saying something. We’d be highly intrigued if that hints at a dedicated single-player campaign.

Rainbow Six Quarantine was announced way back in E3 2019, and the devs have been pretty much silent on the topic ever since then. It’s only now that we’re getting to witness these leaks as Ubisoft has said that the game will be out before September 2021.
