PlayStation Has the “Best Lineup Ever” According To Sony EU Boss

Microsoft Did Pretty Good Too

PlayStation had a pretty cool conference at E3 2018 this year but then so did Microsoft. While Microsoft had plenty of cool announcements at their conference, we got a few from PlayStation as well but it is safe to say that most of the games that we saw exclusive to PlayStation were the ones that were already announced.

While were we glad to get a closer look, it was not as cool as getting new announcements like Forza Horizon 4 and Division 2 even though the game will be coming out for PS4 as well. Sony EU Boss claimed that PlayStation has the best lineup ever. While that is debatable, I am not going into the details. The following is what he had to say:

“When you look at our current releases and our upcoming releases, I truly believe that we now have not only the best lineup ever, but the broadest lineup ever of games. We do want to be inclusive, we do want to offer games for all our players. Of course, the core triple-A titles will always be there but doing things like PlayLink is important to us as well in terms of maybe having something there for the friends and family of our core PlayStation audience. Games that can truly appeal to a more mass market.”

PlayStation has some pretty cool exclusives recently and the fun does not stop there as there are other games coming out, like Death Stranding, Spider-Man, Ghost of Tsushima, and The Last of Us Part II. These alone can be called console sellers.

The lineup is a good one but  I have to say that Microsoft is catching up as well. You might not know it now but you will see.  I have a feeling they have a few tricks that they have yet to reveal. Sony EU Boss further went on to state the following:

“Ultimately, we want the best games possible. To get the best games possible, we really do trust in and empower our creators and our teams and our studios. I think our role in an exec management team is really to facilitate and allow that creativity to flow so that ultimately our players and fans get the best games possible.”

Making great games should be the number one priority. If that happens then people will automatically come your way. That is how things work.
