Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is one of the upcoming endeavors by Warner Bros. After failed expectations with the last game, many players are wary of how the live-service title will turn out. Nevertheless, a slew of newly leaked footage for the title has now appeared online, which slashes some worries and reveals gameplay in great detail. Note: We suggest trekking through the rest of the article at your own risk due to potential spoilers.

The leaked videos have been shared on the r/GamingLeaksAndRumors subreddit by u/_zVISCERAL_, and it unveils the starting of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, a mission featuring Green Lantern, Flash, and Batman, along with individual short gameplay of every character. The surfaced game intro video is just over 10 minutes long and reveals hilarious bickering between various villains and interesting characters.

The beginning of the game will feature skirmishes between Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, and King Shark as they try to one-up each other in a brawl to win. However, Amanda Waller electrocutes them all and announces the creation of Task Force X, or the infamous “Suicide Squad.”

The leaked Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League mission to find the Flash leak is even longer, reaching 20 minutes in length. The player is shown controlling Deadshot while in battle with a tank and other enemies controlled by Brianac’s influence. The traversal of the playable characters also appears to be smooth and enjoyable, with engaging combat. The leak also lets us see other playable characters and their fighting styles.

King Shark can jump from building to building and give devastating blows to any foes that stand in his way. Harley Quinn, on the other hand, can straight-up swing like Spider-Man using a grappling hook. However, players in the forum have pointed out that the traversal does not feel as fluid as what we have been spoiled with in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

Watching serious characters doing silly emotes is always fun; the leak showcases a fair share of it. The upcoming live-service title will feature a vast array of character skills that can be used in gameplay to deal with all the enemies. The footage reveals all the skills that the devs have added so far. However, many specifics are subject to change in the development builds as the title is further polished towards a final release.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is set to release for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X on February 2, 2024.
