New GTA 6 Trailer Details Reportedly Leaked

As we enter 2023, GTA 6 is nearing closer and closer. Industry insiders and even Microsoft believe the title could release sometime in 2024 or 2025, meaning could be just a year away from a release. Historically Rockstar Games titles are announced with a trailer around a year before release but are often delayed by a year. 

A leaker who has predicted GTA 6 details in the past, such as the name and gender of one of the protagonists, has come out with a new leak, which includes details of an upcoming trailer.

The leak was posted by SanInPlay, who has correctly leaked other details of GTA 6 in the past. The current leak is the following which translates to:

• Plane passes
• Lizard crossing the street
• Lucia in prison exercising
• Dogs playing
• Little doggy rolling on the ocean beach

While the details are vague, they are descriptive of things that could be shown in a potential trailer. SanInPlay could have some credibility. He correctly revealed the name of the female protagonist in the game, Lucia, a month before leaked gameplay would confirm this.

SanInPlay also speaks about the leak in a youtube video. Referring to himself in the third person, he speculates if someone inside Rockstar is feeding him information. SanInPlay also mentions that he was one of the first to leak the existence of Red Dead Redemption 2 and that GTA 5 would not have story DLC.

While details are vague, we are certainly coming closer to the release of GTA 6. And if these trailer details are to be believed, then they support things that we already know about the game.

First, we know that GTA 6 is based in Miami/Vice City, which matches the description of beaches and lizards. We know that Lucia is one of the protagonists. 

Whether or not this leak is credible is up to you. You could look at the fact that the leaker has correctly stated other aspects of GTA 6 correctly, or maybe that was a lucky guess. Always take leaks with a grain of salt. Rockstar Games has stayed quiet about GTA 6, only briefly addressing that it exists. 

With GTA 6 around the corner, it is likely that a trailer is in the works or is ready. If the release is in 2024-2025, we could see a trailer sometime around October, when Rockstar usually reveals trailers for its new games, or maybe we could see it at The Game Awards as Geoff Keighley’s one last thing.
