World Of Warcraft’s Patch 11.2.7 Now Out; Brings Myriad Of Fixes

The game just received a new hotfix that handles balance adjustments, bug fixes, and overall improvements.
Blizzard continues its trend of passing on fast balance changes to the game instead of making players wait for major updates.

World of Warcraft continues to stay relevant in 2025 despite releasing about 11 years ago, but there’s no wonder why. Blizzard, in timely fashion, keeps pushing more content for the MMORPG, rolling out one hotifx after the other to maintain player engagement as the years go by. As such, patch 11.2.7 for the title has now launched, and will be reaching the end-user side gradually.

Blizzard has issued patch notes for the update on its official handle, letting players in on what to expect from the hotfix going forward. For starters, there are numerous adjustments for two bosses in the Manaforge Omega raid, specifically on the Mythic difficulty. The changes, however, still aren’t on par with the efficiency of a WoW M+ boost, but even small balance fixes can go a long way at the top level.

Here’s a rundown of some of the major improvements introduced in the patch.

Frost Death Knight and Arcane Mage damage slightly nerfed (≈3%).
Beast Mastery & Marksmanship Hunters’ Dark Ranger abilities reduced.
Discipline Priest healing buffed by 15%.

Outside of bug fixes that improve upon boss mechanics and ability stacking, patch 11.2.7 has brought buffs for Enhancement Shaman abilities and Druid Restoration healing.

World Of Warcraft Looks Set To Revive Brawler’s Guild

First picked up by Game Rant, there are rumblings across various World of Warcraft player spaces that a fan-favorite feature that made rounds in the past is on its way back—Brawler’s Guild. This is a highly engaging PvE boss mode that’s come up in different seasons, and isn’t currently a permanent playable feature in the game.

As alpha testing of World of Warcraft: Midnight — the next major expansion of the MMORPG — takes flight, some eagle-eyed fans were able to spot features and achievements pertaining to Brawler’s Guild, but official confirmation is yet to be recognized.
