After getting through Phantom Liberty DLC and testing the 2.0 perks tree on my main character save (Steam ID: LIONT4MER), I can conclude that I personally went for the Invulnerability Analytics relic perk due to how ridiculously OP it is with a crit build since you can kill enemies instantly by targeting their weak points. I also actively use Cyberware, including the Apogee Sandevistan, so you bet I immediately purchased the License To Chrome Perk and followed it up with the Edgerunner perk, which allows me to go full Cyberpsycho.
