WWE Superstar Damian Priest Is Voicing The Hood In Marvel Rivals

WWE Superstar Damian Priest is officially joining the growing voice cast of Marvel Rivals. The former World Heavyweight Champion has confirmed that he provides the voice of The Hood, bringing one of Marvel’s darker antiheroes to NetEase Games’ hero shooter.

Priest revealed his involvement through an announcement on his official X account.

The Hood Is Coming To Marvel Rivals In Season 9.5

The Hood, whose real name is Parker Robbins, is hardly a conventional Marvel hero. He is a gun-wielding criminal whose enchanted cloak grants him demonic powers, placing him somewhere between an underworld boss and a supernatural threat.

That combination is on full display in The Hood’s official gameplay trailer. His abilities are listed as follows:

• Dual Pistols (Primary Fire): Standard hitscan twin pistols with a 40-round magazine.
• Demon Gauge (Passive): Damaging enemies charges a meter. At 50%, he gains increased attack speed. At 100%, he enters a half-demon state where his arms mutate into automatic rifles with infinite ammo and lifesteal.
• Gun Demon (Ultimate): Transforms him into a full-demon turret firing massive, high-impact piercing rounds that travel through barriers, while radiating dark energy to grant bonus health to nearby teammates.
• Personal Barrier (Right-Click): Generates a protective bubble or orb around him to block incoming damage.
• Veil (E Ability): Sends out a magical veil/barrier; shooting through it charges his demon gauge faster, while enemies passing through take damage and suffer a blind effect.
• Phase Shift / Invulnerability Dash (Left-Shift): An invulnerable movement dash akin to a fade ability that damages and floats through nearby enemies upon exit while building demon charge.
