In Cyberpunk 2077, clothing is an essential part of the RPG mechanics and gameplay. There are countless clothes scattered in the game; some can be found free of charge, while others should be bought from the shop that are not very modest. If you have played Cyberpunk 2077, you will know there are four clothing tiers. Legendary, Epic, Common, and Uncommon. In a similar vein, V can equip six apparel items; these include Hat, Gas Mask, Jacket, Shirt, Pants, and Boots. On the other hand, If you are not too keen on attaching individual items. You can also attach a full outfit that is labeled as special.

In today’s guide, we will highlight all the legendary clothes in the game that can be found for free. These clothes are scattered throughout Night City, and some are even in barren’s land. But before we do that, there are two things you should keep in mind.

Firstly, the Items you will find might have different armor stats. That is simply due to the fact; it solely depends on technical ability. The more the level, the better the armor numbers you will get.

Secondly, always create a load point before approaching the legendary Item. Sometimes, the item is bugged, and you do not get four mod slots. To be aware of this, always look at this section.

If the bullet points are above 3, you should know it is decent. Also, remember the mods equipped are always different. I can entertain 3, if you cant, then keep on loading back for 4. Here is a quick picture comparison.

Note: Apart from torso items, all others have max mod slots of three.

All Legendary Clothes Locations In Cyberpunk 2077

As you know, there are common, rare, epic, uncommon, and Legendary Clothes in Cyberpunk 2077. The legendary clothes are the best, and they also come in limited numbers. Suppose you have followed the two important guidelines shared above. Then, it’s finally time; we look at these free clothes and their locations.

Duolayer Polyamide Rocker Vest

The Duolayer Polyamine Rocket Vest can be found from a corpse In the Watson City, Kabuki Region. The exact location is found in this plaza, next to the map’s fast travel point.

If you find the map to be very cluttered, here is a zoomed-in picture.

Polycarbonate Nomad Shirt with Reinforced Seams

All the way at the bottom of the map in the desert below Pacifica, you will find a dead ripperdoc who will have this Legendary shirt. As you approach this road, he will be on the left side, next to a burning van.

The shirt looks like a carbon copy of Sankaku Nichibotsu Tarp Weave Tank Top, but it’s white. The level required for this shirt is 20.

Scratch Resistant Polarized Rocker Aviators

You will find the Scratch Resistant Polarized Rocker Legendary Sunglasses in the Santa Domingo Region and Sancho Coronado territory. These require level 18 and will feature three mod slots. If they don’t, you can always reload back. The glasses can be equipped from a homeless person lying below the bridge. Also, If you are lucky, the person is also usually carrying a Scav Plastic windbreaker outer torso that features 79.2 Armor.

Puncture Resistant Rocker Ankle Boots

These free legendary shoes are located in the corner of City Centre – Downtown. All you have to do is just follow the street that is heading towards the water. Afterward, turn left to the end, and there you will find a few corpses. The Puncture Resistant Rocker Ankle Boots require level 30 and feature rather average looks with green hip-hop color.

Suppose you were confused, looking at the locked door. Don’t worry, because there is a small passage on the right. Here is a picture for reference.

Gold-Tipped Manganese Steel Solo Boots

Although these have less valued armor, thankfully, the Gold Tipped Manganese Steel Solo boots only require level 10 to equip. These can be found over at Watson in the Little China Region. The location is a bit complicated, so follow these guidelines properly.

You have to go to this marketplace in Chinatown, and then head over to the elevator. Afterward, head over to the third floor, and here at the corner, you will find these free legendary shoes inside a box.

Note that this location is below the bridge and inside a narrow street in Chinatown. Roam around this place for a while, and you will quickly figure out the elevator.

Anti-Puncture Neotac Pants with Composite Lining

With rather average stats, the Anti-Puncture Neotac Pants with composite lining can be found in the Region of Watson and specifically Little China. The pants are equipped on this lying cop that can be seen on the road’s right side, where a couple of children will be screaming. The pants require a deficient level to equip, and since it’s free, there is not too much to complain about. Moreover, they also look good, and If I’m honest. These are the best free legendary pants that feature blue color in Cyberpunk 2077.

If you are lucky, you will also find Overture, a powerful revolver with 153.2 DPS.

Drop down from the bridge, and head west on the road.

Reinforced Duolayer Techie Cargo Pants

With a better armor than anti-puncture neotac pants, the Reinforced are also beautiful, but subjective. These legendary free pants can be found in Rancho Coronado at the bottom right of the map. The region for this place is Santa Domingo, and all you have to do is; head over to the pin shown below. Follow the hilly road, and you will eventually find a compound, where cops are fighting, and this super pant is equipped on a rescue personnel corpse.  The level requirement for this legendary clothing item is 18.

Breathable Reinforced Bio-Cotton Corporate Slacks

Over at Northside In the region of Watson, you can find these awesome black free legendary pants. The armor on this one is rather low, but there is also a low-level requirement to compensate for that. From my technical ability level, I got 40.8 armor, which is still high compared to the police pants we got earlier. These are equipped on a corpo person whose corpse and several others can be found at this small compound.

Corporate Blazer with Bulletproof Lining

Featuring one of the best stats and iconic gentlemen looks. The Corporate Blazer with Bulletproof lining can be found once again Watson – Northside. All you have to do is follow this road, and it’ll eventually lead to a compound on the left where a knife will be stuck on this person. For a bonus, there is also an extra rare Liberty gun with serious damage.

Tactical Hybrid-Glass Corporate Glasses

You will find these excellent looking free legendary glasses at the bottom of the Pacifica and the map. The level requirement is a bit high, 20, but to compensate for this. You will also find an uncommon Fairy Frost Trench Coat with Protective Mesh, that has a whopping 81.1 Armor. It also looks beautiful with long treacherous white looks.

Don’t forget to make a save file before approaching this area. I got bugged numerous times and ultimately died twice. The glasses and trenchcoat can be found inside a container on the right side of this road.

Media Baseball Cap with Reactive Layer

Just on the right of the same place, where you found the glasses suggested above. There is also a Media Baseball Cap with a Reactive layer in a small heavily guarded compound. The cap features decent armor and requires level 20. There are also additional components in the compound, but I’d recommend not fighting with the gangsters instead pick this item and leave. The enemy level is really high here.

Note these are on a tower inside the compound. The location is unknown, it’s on the bottom right of the map.

Ergonomic Reinforced Corporate Evening Shoes

The ergonomic reinforced corporate evening shoes can be found in Westbrook, Charter Hill. These are located precisely in the location shown above. However, there is a twist. These shoes do not spawn until and unless you do the side quest “I Fought The Law”. Once you do that, these shoes unlock automatically, and they feature tremendous specs of armor with low-level requirements. I highly recommend both the mission and these legendary shoes.

Heat Resistant Nanoweave Media Shirt

This awesome looking media shirt that is legendary actually can be retrieved from Heywood in Wellsprirings region. The precise location is below the bridge that you see in the map below. Follow it to the end, and there will be a roadblock. Afterward, there will be a staircase on the right that will lead you to a homeless ghetto where this shirt and Sleeveless armor-plated field jacket will also be available. The shirt looks perfect and has insane stats, but it comes with the consequence of a high level.

Armored Media Occuset With Camera

Perhaps the best looking free legendary face equipment in the game is “Armored Media Occuset.” This comes in with a fancy vortex lens that looks something out of the Matrix. It can be found in the suburbs of Pacifica on the bottom right of the map. As you approach this location, there will be an abandoned RV Van with this piece of the legendary item laying in the kitchen side. You will also find some additional crafting items in the same space. The armored media occuset with a camera has rather average stats, but it sure looks good with any outfit you can imagine.

Duolayer Microplate-Mesh Nomad Jacket

The Duolayer Microplate-Mesh Nomad Jacket is once again located in the suburbs of Pacifica. You have to find a way to get to this locked compound in the middle of two intersections. Once there, you will find a door in the basement, that requires body 13 to open. Inside, you will find this free legendary clothing item waiting for you. This is more of a fashionary item with somewhat average stats.

Anti-Piercing Tactical Media Cargo Pants

The Anti-Piercing Tactical media Cargo Pants are another legendary clothing item you can get for free. These feature a decent stat and finding this is a bit hard, but I’ll break it down. Along with this item, you will also find a free Health Booster that can be equipped from the body.

To find the Anti-Piercing Tactical Media Cargo Pants, you will have to pay Santa Domingo and Rancho Coronado in particular a visit. Once you do that, there will be a huge mall where tons of people will be roaming around. At the same location, you will find a corpse over a Cirrus shop. I’ve highlighted its place in the picture below.

Here is the exact location in Santa Domingo region on the right side of the map.

Hardened Netrunner Boots with Composite Inserts

These fantastic pair of boots can be picked up from Westbrook Charter Hill. The precise location of these legendary items is hard to mark; they are on the side of the road. You will have to go inside a small tunnel where the corpse in a corner will have these free legendary shoes. There are also some other exquisite items, including Cyberware mods that you can pick as well.

The stats on Hardened Netrunner are somewhat different. Although Armor is really low, it makes up for that with 10 Movement Speed, 5 Fall Damage Reduction, and -5 Stamina Cost Reduction while attacking. All in all, these shoes are pretty great, especially if you are carrying lots of heavy stuff.

Protective Layer Fixer Pants

The protective layer fixer pants are one of my favorite beige pants in the game. Their stats are also above average, and equipping these legendary pants will get you 5 Fall Damage Reduction. Finding the pants can be problematic because they are inside a hurt that has no passage and requires parkour. The exact location for these legendary pants is shared below. If you have the double bunny hop, you can jump from the road. Else, you will have to go back and find containers in Westbrook, Japantown to climb.

Here is another picture that further expands on the location and shows the road. The small hut where these pants are located is on the left.

In comparison to all the other free legendary pants, we have found in this guide so far. Protective Layer Fix Pants have better stats excluding the Anti-Piercing Tactical Media Cargo Pants. Down the road, as you play more of Cyberpunk 2077, there will be more things to consider other than armor value.

Elasticweave Fixer Shoes With Reinforced Seams

Over at Westbrook, Japantown, there is also another free legendary clothing item. These Elasticweave Fixer Shoes with Reinforced Seams can be found from driving wreckage, that’s on the left side of the map from West. The shoes are luxurious and feature looks something out of the Golf Club Meta. Here is the exact location of these free legendary items.

So far of all the items, we have found in this guide. These have the highest armor stats with most interesting looks; do not miss them!

Cushioned Aramid-Sole Techie Shoes

On the outskirts of the infamous City Centre, Corpo Plaza, you will find a small room next to the road that requires technical ability 5 to open. Once inside, there will be a corpse with these insanely powerful shoes that require level 32 to equip. The armor is relatively twice or perhaps thrice compared to anything we have found so far. Other than these legendary shoes, there are also other things including $436 Eurodollars that could be helpful If you aren’t making use of the infinite money glitch.

Ultrathin Composite Print Solo Shirt

Outside of Night City, you will find this cool rockstar shirt called Ultrathin Composite Print Solo in barren lands. The shirt has relatively low stats, but once again, these are free legendary items, and there is tons of potential. The looks are rather unique and different from any other free shirt we have found in the guide so far.

Finding Ultrathin Composite Print Solo Shirt isn’t hard. You have to go to the desert outside Night City, and just below one of the windmills, you will find three corpses with lots of eurodollars, some rare and common guns including JKE-X2 Kenshin, with this free item. Make sure you are scanning the place properly; the resources found here are limitless.

Thermoactive Tear Resistant Techie Shirt

Once again, on the outskirts of Night City, you will find a tunnel in the desert that has a large container inside. This container will have this free piece of legendary clothing item called “Thermoactive Tear Resistant Techie Shirt.” The shirt looks fantastic; If I’m right, this is the only white Tank Top in the entire game. Stats are somewhat debatable, and they aren’t the best.

If you haven’t explored this place before, you will also find Calibrum, one of the game’s fastest vehicles. After you acquire it, the car will be added to your inventory, and you can call it anytime.

Make sure, while approaching this area, you save the game because apart from Calibrum and this shirt, there are tons of other rare items that you wouldn’t want to miss.

Holo-Tinted Badge Googles

You might be wondering; this game has very few amounts of Googles and Spectacles; while it’s true the game has relatively less piece of headwear. There are still some decent items that aren’t legendary but still worth finding. The majority of them can be purchased from the clothing store, and In case you aren’t interested in that. There are two to three legendary googles. One of these is Holo-Tinted Badge that increases “Max Oxygen By 5 and Armor by 10.121.” These are located in Northside Watson and can be retrieved from a corpse lying in a parking garage corner.

The precise location of these legendary googles:

Apart from Holo Tinted Badge Googles, other valuable items include m-10AF Lexington, HJSH-18 Masamune, and some crafting cyberware.

Dura-Membrane Netrunner Neotac Pants

Northside Watson has one more legendary gift for you – The Dura Membrane NetRunner Neotac Pants. These in my opinion are the best and most beautiful looking pants in the game. They feature above-average stats coupled with perks like increased cirt chances and armor. The only problem with these pants is that they aren’t good for new players because the required level is 18.

The location for these legendary pants is highlighted below. You will also find some other rare items including Skill Shard: breach Protocol and Ram Jolt. There are also some scattered Eurodollars on the staircase to this huge power plant. While looking for these pants, an easy clue is that they are on the right side of the road. On the left, there are three power plants, while on the right there is just one.

Trilayer Aramid-Weave Fixer Coat

Similar to the Durable Synweave Corporate Dress, the Trilayer Aramid-Weave Fixer Coat is one hell of a legendary item you can find for free. Located in the suburbs of Santo Domingo in Rancho Coronado, the Trilayer Aramid Weave Fixer Coat features reckless armor with the following two key perks.

1. 8 Damage over time reduction
2. Reduces Damage from negative status effects by 8%

The required level is high, but for an item like this, it is completely worth it. You will come across this legendary item in the landmark shared below.

Along with this coat, there are also other important items that include the A-22B Chao Pistol, which has 193.8 GPS. Moreover, there are also some 500+ Dollars with Velvet O-Ring Choker. These are precisely located on a corpse next to the Ferris Wheel.

Waterproof Badge Combat Boots

Out in the desert, you will find a small town that has a couple of corpses equipped with these waterproof badge combat boots. Thankfully, unlike other legendary items, we have located so far. These come in two quantities, and you can sell one, keep the second pair. The Waterproof Badge Combat Boots require level 18, and have pretty decent perks, featuring “Reduce foil damage and stamina cost of melee attacks.” They come in camo and white looks.

When approaching this landmark, look around for a mountain, and there will be a small terrace where these legendary items are located. The exact location is shown below.

If you are lucky, you will also find HJKE-11 Yukimura, a deadly pistol ranked uncommon with 201.6 DPS. Also, an M-76E OMAHA, that has relatively high-level requirement but features some jaw-breaking stats. Make a save point and do not miss on these rare weapons.

Heavy-Duty Aramid-Reinforced Badge Coat

By now, you would have noticed that some of the items above were close to each other in the Santa Domingo region. These ones are no different. Just on the other street, you will once again find a pair of Heavy-Duty Aramid-Reinforced Badge Coat. This legendary jacket requires level 18 and has decent perks.

The loot spot is highlighted below, and among all the locations we have shown above. This one has to be the best loot spot. You will find two legendary jackets, m10AF Lexington, D5 Sidewinder, and some crafting items. The first jacket is equipped on the cop body while the second is on a similar gangster corpse in close distances.

Elastic Flame-Resistant Rocker Pants

These matte black pants with exquisite stats can be found on the crossroads of City Centre, Corpo Plaza. The pants themselves are decent, and if you are lucky, you will also come across the Arasaka Engineer Hardhat with Heatset, which is an uncommon tier item with really high armor. Keep in mind, that both of these items require at least level 30.

The location is somewhat complicated, but it’ll break it down. Once you approach this landmark shown below. There will be a gate on the right side of the door. The gate requires 12 technical ability to open, but that is not your concern. You can simply double jump above the door and breakthrough. These both items are equipped on a corpse that has a huge lid stuck on top of its face.

The Reinforced Synleather Solo Racers

Over at Heywood Well Springs, you will find these legendary pants at the coast. The pants have great characteristics and feature a level requirement of 30. The exact location for these is highlighted below, but here are some more details.

As you approach the end of the road on this landmark. Jump down to the beach and head left. There will be a small gateway with a locked room. You can jump over the top and come from the other side. Having the double jump perk is helpful, but you can also manage with a vehicle and some parkour.

Along with these legendary pants, you will also find some additional weapons and eurodollars. I wasn’t able to test the looks of the pant because the level requirement is really high. Nonetheless, they do look good and from a stats perspective, they might be one of the best in the game.

Carbonweave Silk Corporate Shirt

Once again in Heywood, this time in the Glen Region, you will find these casual Carbonweve Silk Corporate Shirts. This features a decent amount of armor, and also comes in with perks like “Increase Evasion.” The level requirement is as you would have guessed is high, 28. But, given that this is one of the rarest and most unique looking Inner Torso in Cyberpunk 2077, I’m guessing it’ll be worth it.

Although the location for these free legendary items is shown below. Here are some more clues.

Approaching this road, you will find a huge banner that says “The Hell.” Afterward, look on the right, and there will be a small construction unit. In that small area, there will be a corpse with this shirt equipped. As always, If you are lucky, there will be additional items as well. I came across high-level Silver Blood Dress Shoes, Tanto (rare Knife with 55.4 DPS), and some additional uncommon crafting items.

Heavy Shock-Absorbent Sold Jacket

Heavy Shock-Absorbent Sold Jacket is one of the most lethal and powerful items in the game. It features an insane amount of armor, and depending on how lucky you are. There are a good amount of chances, you will also get four mod slots with rare items equipped. Finding this piece of legendary item is somewhat difficult because you will be needing technical ability 15 to open a locked door.

This door is located in the lost streets of Heywood, The Glen. The exact location for the jacket is the market below. Keep in mind, there is no way you will be able to access this jacket without technical ability 15. All things aside, the jacket does look something out of 2077 and since the level requirement is also low, make sure to give it a shot.

Heat-Resistant Hybridweave NeItrunning

It’s reasonable to presume that we haven’t highlighted lots of Legendary suits in this guide so far. That is also particularly because finding these suits in Cyberpunk 2077 was the hardest. Anyhow, here is a brilliant legendary suit that comes in black color with huge armor and level requirement. This follows the sequence and can be found in Heywood, The Glen.

The location is marked below, and keep in mind that this item can be found below the bridge. Usually, players confuse the landmark, and they are searching on top of, which If you think about isn’t a players mistake. Because I’ve also noticed that the layout of roads is really poor

As you come across the road, there will be a landfill on the left. Inside, you will find a small room that requires V to crouch before he enters. Moreover, there are also other rooms that have potential valuable items. I found Green Graffiti Armor Coated Athletic Shoes among many other rare crafting items.

Heat Resistant Aramio Weave Fixer Shirt

Looking for the perfect legendary item that can fantasise with the polo shirt dreams? well, look no further. Over at  Heywood, Vista Del Rey, you will find a corpse across the market that has two Durable Basilisk Aramid Weave Slim Fits and Heat Resistant Aramio Weave Fixer Shirt Equipped. Both of these items are fantastic, and If you decide to wear them together, they also sync really well.

Suppose, you have just started Cyberpunk 2077 and come across this clothing guide, I’d highly advise leveling up to get the most out of the game. These two items require level 24 to equip.

Finding both items won’t be complex. You just have to go visit the exact point shown below. It is a market on the left hand of the road, and you have to turn right in the first street as you enter it.

Reinforced-Seam Cotton Rocker Tank

The Reinforced Seam Cottom Rocker is an exquisite tank top that comes with a nice paint job. It requires level 16 to equip and can be found in West Wind Estate, Pacifica. So far, as I’ve collected all the legendary tank tops in the game, this is the only one that comes in black color with an additional red design.

Finding Reinforced-Seam Cotton Rocker Tank isn’t hard. All you have to do is head towards the landmark shown below, afterwards, there will be a long bridge that has a small compound on its right. Over there, few corpses of Rockstars with this item and additional crafting components will be available. The scenery at the location is also mesmerizing.

Titanium Solo-Techgogs With Tactical Software

This piece of unique legendary goggles, Titanium Solo-Techgogs with Tactical Software can be found in the ruins of Pacifica, West Wind Estate. These are quite extraordinary and feature an insane amount of default mods. I wasn’t able to equip them while writing this article, because of the high level. However, others who have equipped this in my friends’ list agreed these are the most unique goggles in the game.

The location for this legendary item is shown below. As you approach this area, the landscape might be confusing due to the consistent architecture. All you have to do is just follow this mark, and there will be a yellow construction site. Afterward, look at the right, and there will be a corpse with this item and Blade – Electrical Damage (Cybermod). Don’t forget to make a save while, because the mods on this can be very good.

Laminated Ice-Protected Techie Ocuset

On the east of Santa Domingo, Rancho Coronado, you will find the Laminated Ice-Protected Legendary Techie Ouset. These also feature unique looks with futuristic appearance, and somewhat high level requirement. The item’s exact location is highlighted below. It’s relatively very easy to find. You have to approach this lan

dmark, and on the map there will be a small hut in the open. In that hut, this item is stored inside a suitcase.

If you are lucky, you will also find lots of EMP Grenades, along with Skill Shard: Cold Blood, and a nice pink Jacket called Armored Syn-Silk Pazer.

Durable Bioleather Nomad Western Boots

Suppose all the legendary clothing items above did not fill your dream outfit desires. These Durable Bioleather Nomad Western Boots located in the desert featuring high heel brown design will do it for you.

As you approach this gas station which will have a couple of gangsters lying around. You have to look for a basement gateway, that has several corpses with tons of items like Skill Shard, Overture, and Molodets Biohaz equipped. In addition, you will also come across some Cyberware Mod and other crafting specs. This place is filled with excessive loot, so make sure you are taking all the benefit.

Level Requirement for these shoes is high, but that is justified since it’s armor and looks are far better then all shoes in game.

So these were all the free legendary clothing items you can get in Cyberpunk 2077. The locations for nearly all of them are fairly easy, you just have to approach the landmarks, and look around. Some locations, which involve doors are a bit hard because they require technical ability to open. Other than that, I’d highly advise you to level up, so you can at least equip these.
