Crysis defined modern graphics in gaming; during its initial release, the game tested the power of high-end PCs of that time. It became one of the most demanding games even after years of its release. The graphics of the game still holds up, and these were not the only reasons why the game rose to stardom. Compelling story and FPS combat designed were highlights of the game too.
A few weeks ago, Cybertek, the publisher of teased the remastered version of the original Crysis. The reveal date of the game in the tease was the 1st of July. However, the launch trailer and release date have been leaked prior to the official reveal of the game. According to IGN, the listing of the game appeared on the Microsoft Store. The game will be available to play on PS4, Xbox One Nintendo Switch, and PC. It will be the first Crysis game to ever release on the Nintendo Switch.
The launch trailer of the game found its way on Reddit too, and by the looks of the game truly is a rework of a genre-defining game. The footage of the trailer seems to be captured on the PC.
