The printing error isn’t present in most other regions globally. Players from other regions that have purchased Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth’s physical edition can play the game without any issues. However, Japanese and a few Asian region users will have to use the “Data” disc to play the game.
It remains to be seen how Sony will deal with this issue going forward and how it will compensate the customers affected by the manufacturing error.
