Fast Hands 

When you are engaging in close-quarter combats, every second counts as you are within close proximity to the enemy so that any extra delay can cost your life. With the Fast Hands perk, you will be able to save up your microseconds by reloading and switching your weapons considerably faster than the normal speed. High Alert
