Latest Elden Ring Patch Removes Annoying Teleportation Glitch

Bandai Namco Entertainment has finally addressed one of the biggest issues that had been plaguing Elden Ring for a while, in the new Patch 1.03.2.

Elden Ring recently released a major update that addressed some of the major issues that the game was having. The patch especially addressed the glitches that allowed some players to speedrun the game, but despite the efforts, a player was still able to break Elden Ring’s speedrun world record. However, because of the update, the game faced a few minor and one major issue, which allowed players to transport other players to incorrect map coordinates.

This glitch was particularly annoying because it not only allowed griefers to mess around with other players but also made it possible for them to crash their games and delete their save files. Of course, this was a massive concern. However, FromSoftware has now addressed this issue in the recent patch for Elden Ring that was released earlier today, Patch 1.03.2.

The patch was released for all platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox and PC. “Fixed a bug in multiplayer that allowed players to teleport others to incorrect map coordinates,” it mentions. Furthermore, “online play requires the player to apply this update,” so naturally, the glitch that allowed griefers to transport other players to incorrect map coordinates is not applicable anymore. One notable thing that Bandai Namco did not address is the “Zip Glitch,” which many players currently use, particularly for speedruns.

Some players were facing the issue of not advancing in the Nepheli Loux’s questline, and the patch has successfully addressed that issue as well. Another glitch that the patch addressed is the one that caused players to fall to their death from a spot near Bestial Sanctum. Last but not least, the patch has finally resolved the glitch that was causing an uproar among the Elden Ring community, which prevented Ash of War, Endure from taking effect.

These were the main issues that Bandai Namco Entertainment has addressed in the latest update for Elden Ring across all platforms. The company also sincerely apologised for the inconvenience that the players were facing as a result of the issues by saying, “We apologise for the inconvenience, but please apply the latest update before you enjoy the game.”
