Remnant 2’s Latest Hotfix Addresses Variety Of Bugs And Issues

Players are happy to see Gunfire get down to business.

Story Highlights

  • Remnant 2 is one of the most prominent third-person shooters by Gunfire that came out last year.
  • The game has received a new patch that resolves a wealth of different bugs in the game.
  • The title also happens to be on discount at the moment, with its price cut by 40% on Steam.

Remnant 2 is Gunfire Games’ latest venture and a high-quality one at that, arousing player interest across the board as it comes off as a sequel to the 2019-released Remnant: From the Ashes. In recent times, the third-person shooter has received a new hotfix, where the developer has actively plucked out a wealth of bugs from the game, including those that relate to performance and crashing.

The Handler Archetype has been highlighted in the new update as well, with the patch notes reading, “Fixed an issue where Very Good Boy could proc infinite Bleed on enemies.” Previously, the aforementioned mod was glitched to an unreasonable extent, where players could exploit the gameplay openly. Outside of this matter arrives a wealth of other bug fixes.

Here are those that relate to the Gear/Items category in specific:

  • Fixed an issue where Corrupted Savior’s Mod power was not draining correctly in all instances.
  • Fixed an issue where Corrupted Savior was not playing a swap weapon animation.
  • Fixed an issue where when adding Duration to Corrupted Nebula it was not increasing its Damage Over Time effect.
  • Fixed an issue where Corrupted Nebula’s Corroded Status was not being calculated correctly upon reapplication.
