Fortnite just introduced a new chapter, bringing a whole new map. The map is huge, and exploring it all might take you some time. Fortnite has always had some hidden locations with tons of loot. Just like that in Chapter 5, multiple players have located a secret cave, and its location is well hidden.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Secret Cave Location

The secret cave is found southeast of the Grand Glacier, as marked in the image above.

The opening to the cave is right beside the water. You enter the cave from the base of a snow-peaked mountain. Once you get here, start exploring. Trust me when I say that the cave is way bigger than you first might think because once I fully explored the cave, I was in awe.

At the very end of the cave, you will see a tiny tunnel. Go through it, and you will find yourself in another cave with more loot. After exploring this, you will notice a red torch at the end of it. The wall right next to the torch might feel like a dead end, but trust me, it is not. Break down the wall with your pickaxe and move forward. Now, you will find yourself at the end of this humungous cave.

The Fortnite secret cave has loads of chests in it, 8 chests to be exact. Yes, 8 chests. I myself counted them individually.

These chests can provide you with more than enough loot, shields, and everything else you need for a victory royale. On top of this, the cave has mushrooms and slurp barrels that can provide you with shields.

However, try coming to the cave early in the game since a lot of players now know its location, and they tend to come here for the amazing loot the cave provides. Another thing to keep in mind is always to keep an eye on the storm circle; it is always on the move. Therefore, be quick!
