It states that for fighting games, players usually have to wait for three months between transactions. The average days for the fighting genre appear to be much higher than, say, some other titles on the slides.

The second slide shows the distribution of transaction type for the first purchase, pitting titles like Street Fighter V, Mortal Kombat 1, and more with FPS and other live-service genres. The slide reports that over 25% of the first transactions for fighting entries and Destiny 2 are season passes. In other words, fighting games appear to be compatible with the future Sony live service endeavors because of season passes and other content.

It is possible that Sony could develop its own fighting game with live service elements after analyzing the positive numbers in the slides. The fans are also hoping for the same result on the Reddit forum, with one asking for a new PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale game.
