These resources could be better used for making sure your PC can handle all its other tasks occurring in the background. So, to avoid this, I recommend you disable hardware acceleration entirely. This fix also managed to solve the Not Responding error for other players online!

It is absolutely time to get in touch with the Granblue Fantasy: Relink support staff. Let them know about the problem if even reinstalling did not resolve the issue. In doing so, perhaps, the support staff will be able to release a game patch or at the very least, provide you instructions on how to resolve the issue.
