Xbox has taken to an official blog post to announce a brand-new, storewide sale for its player base, discounting more than 1,000 different items on the Xbox Store for good. The effort contrasts other platforms that are also pushing noteworthy promotions right now, including Steam and PlayStation. You might want to jump into this party quickly because we’re in for quite the ride.
So, the basics first. You can expect deals that stretch up to 80% off but only have until July 31 to stretch that wallet loose. After that, the discounted prices that you observe on the Xbox Store right now are due to expire.
A Boon For Players, Right On Time
Make sure to post a comment down below if you spot another good deal worth talking about here.
1. Forza Horizon 4
I couldn’t help but mention Forza Horizon 4 at the very top of the list because this gem of a racing simulator is about to be delisted, and this is a perfect chance to get it before you lose it forever. It’s been announced ahead of time that the title will go off every digital retail platform on December 15 this year, with players having to bid farewell to what is arguably the best Forza game in the entire series.
So, there’s really not a lot of thinking to be done here. It’s a whopping 80% off at the moment, but if you’d like to spend a bit more, the Ultimate Edition includes all DLC and and-ons can be grabbed for about $20. That’s a deal that’s as good as it gets.

2. Bioshock: The Collection
I truly can’t help but recommend all my fellow gamers out there to go ahead and pick up this fantastic trio of iconic third-person shooters. I envy those who have yet to experience these for the first time. That thrill of discovering Rapture, coming face to face with those that inhabit it, and revealing dark, untold mysteries to further unravel the plot … it’s a bit too sensational really.
In any case, BioShock: The Collection at $9.99 is unbelievably good. I’m only holding out hope at this point that the new BioShock game, a part of which was leaked in recent times, turns out as good as the original trilogy.

3. Alan Wake 2
The fastest selling Remedy title to date also happens to be one of the best survival horrors on the planet right now, and I’m pretty sure no one’s going to raise their eyebrows at that statement. The developer has put everything that it’s learned from its experience developing fantastic games over the years and made Alan Wake 2 such a stand-out third-person shooter. You really have to play it to believe it.
eXputer reviewed the title, rating it 5/5, with author Huzaifah Durrani remarking,
Alan Wake 2 is not only the best possible sequel fans could have hoped for, it’s also an incredible survival horror game in its own right.”

4. Tekken 8
The undisputed champion of the fighting game genre, Tekken 8 has come out to marvelous reception 8 years after the launch of its predecessor. The game is an unrivaled spectacle from a visual standpoint, and extremely polished in terms of gameplay as well, though subsequent updates here and there can offer bring balance changes that some players may or may not agree with.
eXputer reviewed Tekken 8, rating it 5/5, with author Roaim Chohan praising the game’s gripping narrative, improved rollback netcode that makes online play seamless and extensive single-player content.

5. Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2
Xbox also cut down the price of one of its latest exclusives by 20%, making Hellblade 2’s MSRP come down from $49.99 to $39.99. It’s an exceptional game that features not just a visual breakthrough, but one of the best forms of sound design the video game industry has ever witnessed. If you’re a fan of psychological thrillers with a deep-dyed message as well on the side, you might want to get into this one right away.

6. Kingdom Come: Deliverance
At the dirt-cheap price of $4.99, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an absolute steal, and has no business being at this level down on the cost spectrum. The action RPG is played from a first-person perspective and has sheer unpredictability bustling at its forefront, so there’s no pre-defined story, no nothing to expect. Just venture into the game, make your own stories, and have one heck of a time, period.
And trust me on this, it’s a game that will make you feel small compared to the scale it’s set on.
