Like a Dragon Gaiden: 3 BEST Coliseum Teams & Fighters

My Like a Dragon Gaiden Coliseum best team and fighters guide is focused on providing you with 3 types of teams to help you get through the early stages of Hell Team Rumble and the endgame stages. Most Fighters are acquired through the Akame Network requests or by talking to specific NPCs in the Sotenbori Castle who offer them in exchange for Money. You will start the Silver Rank battles by only needing a team of 4 unless special matches require it, as latter battles from Gold Rank require 10 Joryu Clan members.

3. Silver Rank Team

This team mainly comprises the team I used to clear most of the early Hell Team Rumble Battles. It is worth noting that you can make these earlier battles even easier by upgrading Kiryu’s Agent abilities. In my opinion, they can easily get you through the Silver stages with enough effort.

However, I will still recommend upgrading these fighters to adequate levels to make the fights easier or doing the other Coliseum modes in the meantime to gather cash and even Sub Stories at Akame to unlock most of the better fighters.

Regardless of which, the following are the best Early Coliseum Fighters Team to use:

2. Gold To Platinum Rank Team

The Endgame category team consists of the best of the best fighters, so I highly suggest you are loaded on cash to recruit a few of them or farm it via the Hell Rumble fights using Kiryu. Again, I have provided alternative options since you can freely switch out fighters based on who you think is better, but these are solely based on my experience with them and from my friends who played the Coliseum in Like a Dragon Gaiden.

1. My Personal Team

Lastly, this is my personal favorite team that helped me get through almost every fight with relative ease. The pre-order bonus fighters consist of the former Tojo Clan legends whose abilities and stats are definitely powerful against all manner of Hell Team Rumble battle enemies. Be sure to swap any fighters as you see fit, even the DLC ones, if you don’t happen to own them.

My Take On The Best Coliseum Teams

If you had to ask me, I’d strongly recommend either of my DLC Team setups or just go with customizing one from the options listed in the Gold to Platinum Rank team. The Hell Team Rumble isn’t something you will find too challenging with a perfect team; as long as you keep the boss’s attention with Kiryu to yourself in the hardest battles, they can be easily conquered quickly.
