Cyberpunk 2077 Rebecca’s Shotgun Location

Having trouble deciding or finding Rebecca's Shotgun to use in Cyberpunk 2077?

Cyberpunk 2077 new 1.6 Edgerunners update has changed the mind of the fans. Along with the update, we also got to see an amazing Cyberpunk 2077 Edgerunner anime, which follows David Martinez as the protagonist of the series. The Cyberpunk Edgerunners anime was so well received by the critics that gamer’s interest in the Cyberpunk game started increasing, and Cyberpunk became the most played and number one-selling game on Steam.

Key Takeaways
  • Rebecca’s Shotgun, also known as “Guts” can be found in Memorial Park in the City Center District of Cyberpunk 2077.
  • The exact location is behind the three sitting monks, near a bush on the highest level of the park, close to the Militech tower.
  • The shotgun is an enhanced version of the Budget Arms Carnage and deals a great amount of damage at close range.
  • It has a high recoil and increased ammo spread and requires a minimum point of 10 Body to even handle effectively.
  • It also can convert its damage type to chemicals, adding poison on hit. It is a solid shotgun that players should consider using in the game.

That’s not where it ends, and CD Projekt Red even decided to add some of the elements from the anime in the game through the Edgerunners DLC. In those elements, there exists a shotgun, Guts, which was previously owned by Rebecca, a character in anime. In this guide, I will show you how to get Rebecca’s Shotgun and its features in Cyberpunk 2077.

Rebecca’s Shotgun is actually not hard to find. In fact, you don’t even need to do a quest to get Rebecca’s Shotgun like David’s Jacket, which requires you to complete a certain quest to acquire it. Now, what you will need to do is head directly to Memorial Park, which is located in Corpo Plaza in the City Center District. Anime fans probably already know this location.

  1. After reaching the said place through fast travel waypoints of Arasaka Tower or Metro: Memorial Park, you need to head to the location marked on the map.
  2. This is on the highest level of the Memorial Park and close to the Militech’s tower.
  3. There, you will find the three sitting monks on the ground just about directly opposite the Militech’s tower.
  4. Then, just head behind the monks on the grassy area, and near a bush, you will find Rebecca’s Shotgun.
  5. Also, you should look at the ground carefully because as soon as you approach the shotgun, an orange dot will appear on the shotgun, making it easier for you to spot it.

Rebecca’s Shotgun Overview

Rebecca’s Shotgun, Guts, is a powerful shotgun that deals a great amount of damage at close range. This Shotgun is an enhanced version of Budget Arms Carnage, a cheap but powerful weapon. Just like any other gun, Rebecca’s Shotgun suffers from some disadvantages, too, which are the high recoil and increased ammo spread.

  • In my experience, Rebecca’s Shotgun recoil is so powerful that you need a minimum point of 10 Body even to handle the shotgun.
  • However, Rebecca’s Shotgun is capable of carrying 8 shells, while the Carnage is only capable of carrying 5 shells, which may help in close-range fights.
  • Furthermore, Rebecca’s Shotgun is even capable of converting its damage type to chemical, which adds poison on hit.

Overall, Rebecca’s Shotgun, Guts, is a pretty solid shotgun, which players should probably give a try in Cyberpunk 2077, in my opinion. And if you are looking for the best weapons, why not read our guide on Best Weapons in Cyberpunk 2077?
