Adin Ross Reveals Why Kanye West Didn’t Appear On His Livestream

Adin Ross reveals the dramatic Kanye West phone call that halted their Twitch stream scheduled for early December.

Adin Ross spills the beans about his surprising phone call with Kanye West. Ross’s decision to cancel the interview with Kanye West sparked some questions that Twitch officials had asked him to back down.

Despite Kanye’s  “hate speech” toward Jews, Ross was reportedly scheduled to broadcast with the rapper in early December.

In a December 13 broadcast, Ross claimed that the live stream between the two is canceled. He said, “he can’t have my platform used to spread hate.”

However, Adin chose to put an end to these rumors by explaining the reason himself in a recent podcast.

  • Twitch star Adin Ross appeared as a guest on Livingston’s “DJ Akademiks'” podcast, Off The Record.
  • The streamer explained the reason for Kanye West’s much-anticipated interview being canceled.
  • Adin stated that he spoke on the phone with Kanye West, during which the latter allegedly made insults against Adin Ross’ race.

The American internet personality who has become one of the year’s breakout streamers appears in a Spotify: Off the Record with DJ Akademiks podcast. During one segment of the program, the presenter questioned the streamer about something he was looking forward to seeing, but the streamer had seemingly canceled it.

Adin Ross understood the circumstance right away and began describing the true reason.

He revealed that he had a phone call with Kanye West before the interview. They initially discussed basic topics, but the chat eventually lead to something bad.

“I said something that you know, kind of got us probably, he thought I was an enemy,” Adin explained.

Kanye West reportedly made a statement about Adin Ross’ ethnicity, according to Adin Ross, “He called me up and basically just said like, ‘Yo,’ like, you know, like, ‘You Jews aren’t going to tell me what I can, I can’t say,’ and you know, like, ‘We cool?’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, we cool.’ He said, ‘I don’t want you, my enemy,’ and then yeah, that was it.”

However, the American rapper did not end the call with a negative one. Kanye asked Adin if they were cool or not. He also stated that he did not want him to be his adversary.

Adin stated that he does not want his community to be harmed or his platform to be used to incite hatred.
