Update 1.04 for AC6 focuses on extensively improving the game’s stability in order to provide a seamless gaming experience. As of this patch, players will no longer face crashes when changing parts in the Assembly menu during an AC Test. Additionally, a bug that prevented the game from loading after selecting “Continue” from the Title Screen has been resolved.

Furthermore, issues where frame rate changes would affect the player AC’s firing accuracy and the rapid-fire performance of some weapons have been mitigated. The rendering bug in online matches caused by applying decals has also been ironed out with v1.04 of the game. In addition, AC Data can now be loaded even if it was using a decal whose image had been deleted from the game server. Loading such data now will remove the corresponding design.

Weapon discrepancies have also been sorted with this update. The Coral Oscillator “IB-CO3W2: WLT 101” suffered from an issue where charged attacks had less range when certain parts were equipped. Moreover, a bug made it so that fully charged attacks from the Coral Rifle “IB-C03W1: WLT 011” would cancel out if the attack button was held continuously. Lastly, when equipped to the right hand, firing the Flamethrower “WB-0000 Bad Cook” while hovering with Tetrapod legs was temporarily disabling effects and hitboxes.

The aforementioned issues have been rectified as of v1.04 of AC6. Other fixes include corrections to the “Replay Mission” tutorial text, as it didn’t sufficiently explain the conditions for achieving an S-Rank rating.
