Atomic Heart’s latest patch includes a brand new 120Hz mode for the consoles along with a fix for the broken achievements. The patch notes state that this mode will function with compatible devices that are supported by the platforms. These devices include compatible TVs and monitors along with HDMI 2.1 cables. However, the notes state that the presence of this mode does not guarantee its operation.
Elaborating on the resolution of broken achievements, the developers state in case an achievement was not unlocked despite having fulfilled the conditions, it will be necessary to re-execute said conditions by starting a new game. Furthermore, if the final achievement has not been unlocked despite meeting the requirements, you can start a new game to resolve the issue.
Another aspect the patch focuses on is the gameplay. The ability to loot corpses lying in water was added to Atomic Heart along with improved climbing in “corners.” Furthermore, issues relating to health regeneration upon loading a save file, getting stuck in collisions in some areas, and the Mass Telekinesis ability have been ironed out. The ability to launch funiculars at the entrance to the Vavilov Complex tunnels was added as well.
