Brawlhalla Patch 6.11 Dives Into Its Many New Features

"Hattori has returned in her ultimate form in Battle Pass Classic: Return to Demon Island! Discover new and classic rewards and missions as you journey through 85 tiers worth of content by playing Brawlhalla."

In Brawlhalla, legends play out unique from each other. This element of distinctiveness is driven by a combination of weapon variety, variation in legend’s characteristics, a.k.a stats, and the overall playstyle they offer. It is the reason why certain legends in the game perform significantly better than a few ones.

Major Takeaway:
  • Battle Pass Classic: Return to Demon Island also features A free track extending through all 12 weeks of the Battle Pass.
  • Capture the Flag Game Mode
  • Diamond-ranked players in 1v1 and 2v2 who have won 100+ matches and reached the top of their region will be greeted with a new ranking, Valhallan.

In a game like this, where the entire gameplay is based around these legends, it is a must that changes and balances need to be pushed out frequently and efficiently, and it seems this patch excels in all of that and much, much more.

In the recent 6.11 patch, we have received access to the Battle Pass free track and all weekly missions, network performance updates, game improvements, new placement matches, and much more.

Up first we have the Battle Pass Classic: Return to Demon Island which includes a free track extending through all 12 weeks of the Battle Pass, a purchasable Gold Track with additional exclusive rewards like the Spirit Temple Progression Podium.

All players are granted access to missions and a very intriguing UI takeover featuring Akumo No Kogo Hattori. We also have great awards for the battle pass like the “Oni Master” for players who had completed the free track previously at Tier 46.

Moreover, Gold Track rewards including the Obake Petra Progression Skin, Akuma no Kogo Hattori Epic Skin, Blue Oni Sidekick, Mammoth Coins, and so much more have also been introduced.

We also witness the return of Capture The Flag in all its glory and chaos. This is also coupled with many new placement changes to make the game feel more rank based rather than luck when locking into games. The team gave a brief explanation for this,

Each season, for Ranked 1v1 and Ranked 2v2, your first 10 matches will serve as placement matches that will have a greater effect on your Elo than normal games. Your rating will be hidden until after you have completed your placement matches for that queue.”

This in turn forces players to take placement games more seriously.

We also have a new rank coming into the game titled Valhallan. Upon achieving the new rank players will receive a new Avatar, Loading Frame, and Title.

Players that have achieved Valhallan rank but are pushed out of the range will lose the Valhallan Loading Frame and see their Avatars dim to a fallen status.

there have also been many bug fixes and UI improvements to the overall experience. In conclusion, this update does everything and leads the chaotic title in a new lead. The patch is expected to drop soon so be sure to keep an eye out for further changes.
