GTA+ will feature Android/iOS Rockstar titles for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. As pointed out by @FriendlyAaron1, the description on the Microsoft Store confirms that players will be able to subscribe to it to “access Android/iOS games.” According to the details mentioned, users need to have their linked platform account with an active GTA+ subscription. The mobile titles to join GTA+ are yet unconfirmed.

Rockstar Games introduced GTA+ as an exclusive subscription service for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The membership provides additional benefits to GTA Online players, such as extra money, bonus vehicles, outfits, and much more. Recently, GTA+ added a selection of Rockstar Games titles that are rotated timely so that players can access them for a limited time.

It seems that with the updated membership description on the Microsoft Store, users will finally be able to access Rockstar Games entries available on iOS/Android platforms on their consoles. To play these titles on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, players would need both their social club account and linked platform account in addition to an active GTA+ subscription.
The titles headed to GTA+ are not confirmed. However, players can expect a variety of them to make an appearance since titles are selected rotationally for a limited time. The mobile version of the GTA trilogy, Max Payne Mobile, and RDR2 companion are a few games expected to be available.
