Palworld To Receive More Features Including PVP, Crossplay, And Raids

After its successful launch, Palworld will receive more gameplay features, including PVP/ Arena mode, crossplay, and raid battles. The development team announced that they are continuously working to add much more to the title with future updates. The entry is an early access release, which means it is still under development before becoming a full-fledged title. Pocketpair affirmed that all major bugs were removed before launch and that the quality was improved enough for players to enjoy. 

Pocketpair will continue to add more mechanics and strive to make it the “best game ever.” In light of this declaration, the developers announced a PvP/Arena mode, some new updates with the building system, co-op raids with your guild, and trading your Pals. Furthermore, the developers confirmed on their Steam FAQ that the title will support crossplay eventually.

Furthermore, according to the FAQ, Palworld will add more Pals to the entry during its early access phase. The developers will share the roadmap for the development of the title for Year 1 soon. Regarding PVP, Pocketpair stated that they want to “experiment with different approaches” before making it ready for the players. Palworld will also support mods sometime after its launch, and the developers are looking forward to them. 

Palworld was released on January 19, 2024, for Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PC. Currently, the developers have no plans to bring it to PlayStation 5, but they might consider the port later in time. The title is available for Game Pass and can be played both online and offline.
