Only a few fans got their hands on the closed beta test codes in December 2022, and those who couldn’t get it were quite disappointed with Capcom. However, just a few weeks before the game’s launch on June 2, Capcom is carrying out an open beta test where anyone can participate. Additionally, this open beta test will feature everything the closed beta test in December 2022 offered, along with many new features.
There's now a Beginner Server available in the Battle Hub where you can enjoy a safe and comfortable environment.

Street Fighter Twitter revealed many tips and features that will be helpful during this open beta test before it ends on May 21. These features include a beginner-friendly server that is available inside the Battle Hub. Only beginner players are allowed on there, and you have to graduate from this server after a few battles. Furthermore, if you cannot enter the beginner-only server, you can still join the normal server and play with everyone.
Additionally, if you’ve taken part in the previously closed beta tests, you’ll be able to use those avatars or choose to create a new one. Creating avatars is a one-time process; you’ll have to stick with it throughout the open beta test. New players who haven’t participated in the previously closed beta tests of Street Fighter 6 must create a new avatar before participating in the Battle Hub.
Street Fighter 6 is set to release on June 2. The game will be available to play on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Steam.
