The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was released only a while ago, and it has already exceeded the expectations of veteran and new players alike with the indelible charms included in the fresh and improved features. The official Zelda subreddit for the game is chock-full of ingenious and chucklesome content that suggests alternative ways to deal with all the in-game hurdles. For instance, the entrance to one of the islands is blocked from the starting island with broken rails that need to be spanned using a minecart. It forces users to think and brew up an answer to cross the broken rail. The Reddit user FlashxFlash comes up with a shrewd fix for it.

Why use a single minecart when you can create a train out of them? The user trekked through the broken rails with ease using the train ride, causing them to be dumbfounded while chuckling at the sound of success. As per the comments, many users were stuck at this spot rail at one point. On another note, using a minecart is not even necessary when you can grind your shield across the rails. A Twitter user does just this while clearing out a shrine.
This is absolutely positively not the intended solution and that it actually worked is what makes this game magic. pic.twitter.com/vyeCRdiCex

The particular shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom expects players to use the Zonai battery and abilities, but the Twitter user gave up trying after spending a good ten minutes creating a bridge and instead sled across the rails with style. The shield also comes in handy for taking flight, fusing a bomb flower with the shield, and jumping on top of it to ascend to the skies. Watch the Reddit user Lafonfrede guide you with the classy trick.
There are specific enemies in TOTK that require a lot of hits to be taken down, and dealing with them can be quite a nuisance. While the devs need users to fight using traditional or intended means, the Reddit player RTTavian got on a hill and started playing catch with the wild beast. Every time the monster throws a boulder to Link, the user rewinds time, causing the boulder to fall back at the enemy and drain its health.
There is a myriad of things you can do with your creations, including creating gigantic wooden machines to deal with enemies, launching annoying enemies to the moon, creating not-safe-for-work creations after spending hours, and much more. The user Delrilo18 came up with a really amusing method to deal with annoying enemies.
However, things do not always go according to plan in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. For instance, a Reddit user led a carefully designed chariot to a boss fight, only for it to poke the boss’ belly in an anti-climatic fashion. The encounter caused the enraged beast to flip the vehicle over after waking up from its slumber, leaving Link and the player bamboozled with what happened.

The prominent entry already features a respectable playerbase on PC, as many gamers use emulation to enjoy a 60 FPS experience using mods. Nevertheless, that comes with its own set of issues. While we see Link return again in the new title, Zelda herself could become playable in future entries. The news also suggests that Nintendo is far from done with the series.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was released on May 12, 2023, and began dominating social media worldwide soon after. It has proven to be a clear improvement over its predecessor, rising to the best-rated entry of all time on OpenCritic soon after critic reviews started pouring.
