Kai Cenat, the popular Twitch Streamer, could possibly be featured in NBA 2K24. Kai mentioned that he was invited for a recording in one of his streams on Twitch. Around the 01:39:06 timestamp, he showed a clip of him getting scanned while discussing the overall process. The streamer has also shown great enthusiasm for the NBA 2K series in the past. We may possibly see him as a playable character or play with him in one of the modes.

However, the whole ordeal comes with a caveat. The streamer has to retain his original height for the character to be featured in NBA 2K24. The character cannot have a different height, likely because of technical limits.
