Team Ninja has released update v1.301 for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty resolving a bundle of bugs following the launch of its third DLC—Upheaval in Jingxiang. According to the patch notes, the bugs addressed in this hotfix are tied to game mechanics, the Thousand-Mile Journey mode, and various other aspects in Wo Long.
Before going into the bulk of these fixes, patch v1.301 of Wo Long irons out a couple of issues plaguing the Steam and Microsoft Store versions of the game. These problems include the crash that occurred upon startup when HDR was enabled and the in-game cursor shifting out of alignment when the mouse pointer moved around in the Character Creation menu.
Major Bug Fixes In Patch 1.301
Bugs that caused the game to crash after the final boss in the main quest “Desolate Waterside Village” and when players completed Mile 100 in The Thousand-Mile Journey with any two DLCs installed were resolved. Additionally, errors that would sometimes lead to Inner Discipline placing restrictions on the enemy and companions being unreactive after the activation of Divine Beast Resonation were addressed.

One significant fix ensures the prevention of duplicate purchases of the “Fated Grace Drop” Benefits through Exchange Golden Horse Hooves on the Thousand-Mile Map during battlefield scenarios outside of the mode. Another resolution focuses on player interaction within the main mission “Desolate Waterside Village,” where players occasionally leave the boss area upon experiencing the boss Shuyao’s Critical Blows.
Moreover, a fix has been implemented to rectify the issue of Zhou Cang not appearing at the correct location after the co-op session guests interacted with Battle Flags in the sub-battlefield “The Loyal and Brave Servant.” Lastly, an issue concerning the incorrect display of Martial Arts after players swapped them at the blacksmith under specific conditions has been successfully addressed.
Wo Long arrived on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and last-gen consoles on March 3, 2023. eXputer gave it a rating of 4/5, citing its thrilling gameplay, immersive setting, and deep character builds.
