To achieve 100 percent completion in Baldur’s Gate 3, you must unlock all the trophies. The BG3 Hidden Achievements are challenging to unlock as their descriptions are not shown. However, following the descriptions below, you can unlock all the BG3 Hidden Trophies.

What Are Hidden Achievements in BG3?
In Baldur’s Gate 3, hidden achievements are specific in-game accomplishments, and their descriptions are kept hidden to prevent the players from getting spoilers regarding the main plot.
As mentioned in the Steam thread, there are 53 Trophies in Baldur’s Gate 3, out of which 29 are hidden. Many of them are unlocked automatically, while others need effort to achieve. You can view the descriptions by opening Steam, going to the Achievements tab, and locating the Global Achievements section.

| 8 | Just A Nibble | Let Astarion bite you on Ravaged Beach. Do not scold or attack him. |
| 9 | Embrace Your Urge | Become Bhaal's Slayer. |
| 10 | The Plot Thickens | An automatic story trophy after leaving Act One. |
| 11 | Loophole | Destroy Wyll's Pact with Mizora. |
