While there are NPCs in the game that either sell weapons or craftable resources and assign you quests, no NPC exists in the game that you can have romantic relationships with.

In the conflict between Na’vi and the colonizers, the theme of Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, it makes perfect sense not to have an inclusion of romance or relationships involving it. The best you can do is increase Clan Favors in the vast world of the game as camps and NPCs will make requests that, if you fulfill them, will increase Clan Favor and give you unique rewards.

My Take On Romance Option

Considering there are a lot of NPCs and your character builds relationships with them by engaging in various interaction types, I, for one, would have preferred it if there was a romance feature.

The developers of the game, Massive Entertainment, had Tom Clancy’s The Division project before this game, and that title, too, did not have any romance options. While it is too early to conclude, we could potentially see a DLC in the future that may or may not add romance. But for now, I believe the exclusion of romance is a little disappointing!
