Call Of Duty MW3 has a total sum of 40 trophies and achievements that you can unlock in the campaign and multiplayer mode. If you have played COD games before and gotten all the trophies, it will be relatively easier for you to get all the trophies of MW3 as well. The guide for the achievement is MW3 is just for beginners new to the franchise. Personally, I would suggest you grind on the multiplayer trophies since the other campaign achievements will automatically unlock.
