How To Unlock The Stylistic Disciple Armor Set In Remnant 2

Capture the essence of Yaesha's deities in one outfit!

With the second DLC of Remnant 2 introducing the Invoker archetype, it’s best to complete the whole look by getting your hands on the archetype’s corresponding outfit, the Disciple armor set. Fortunately, the armor set is relatively close to the Invoker’s engram, so you can grab both items without traveling too much.

Key Takeaways
  • Remnant 2’s Disciple armor is a heavy set that players can exclusively find in The Forgotten Kingdom DLC.
  • Players can pick up the outfit at the end of the sand-covered room that’s located below the staircase in the Ancient Canopy.
  • The armor set provides resistance to Shock, Fire, and Toxic, and offers protection at a ratio of 2.22 per 1 weight.

How To Get The Disciple Armor Set

Players can find the Disciple Armor Set in the sand-filled room located at the foot of the staircase in the Ancient Canopy.

The Ancient Canopy is an area exclusive to Remnant 2’s The Forgotten Kingdom DLC. Most players reach this location after going through 2 or 3 dungeons, including the Glittering Grotto. Once you’re here, though, acquiring the armor set is quick and easy.

Here’s what you need to do to get the Disciple armor set upon reaching the Ancient Canopy:

  1. Head straight from the World Stone and interact with the lever to lower the staircase platform.
  2. Go through the door on your right and descend the elevator.
  3. Proceed to the staircase and make your way to the bottom.
  4. Circle around the area, and you should find an entrance that takes you to a room covered with sand and arrows shooting from the cannons on the side.
  5. At the end of the room, you can pick up the Disciple Armor Set, including the Disciple Headpiece, Mantle, Vambraces, and Greaves.

In my experience, the easiest way to avoid the arrows is to stay close to the cannons’ heads and hop between the openings immediately after they shoot their arrows. Be patient, though, as these arrows can kill you in one hit, and I also recommend using the Invader archetype’s Void Cloak Skill to give yourself some insurance.

Here’s a quick overview of the Disciple set’s stats in Remnant 2, including their weight, protection, and elemental resistances:

ITEM NAMEARMORWEIGHTRESISTANCE
Disciple Headpiece167.2Fire: 2
Shock: 2
Toxic: 1
Disciple Mantle6428.8Fire: 4
Shock: 5
Toxic: 2
Disciple Greaves3214.4Fire: 2
Shock: 3
Toxic: 1
Disciple Vambraces167.2Fire: 1
Shock: 2

Compared to other armor sets, the Disciple is among the heaviest in the game and provides some of the best Physical protection on paper. As seen, it only provides resistance against Shock, Fire, and Toxic, so this isn’t a good choice for any area with tons of Bleed-inflicting or Blight-inflicting enemies.

That wraps up my brief guide on the locations and stats of the Disciple Armor Set in Remnant 2’s The Forgotten Kingdom DLC. If you’re a heavy-build user looking for top-of-the-shelf protection, this is one of my go-to recommendations alongside the Leto Mark 1 set. Otherwise, consider checking out this YouTube for lighter, medium-based options.
